【摘要】：東北老工業(yè)基地作為我國(guó)重要的工業(yè)基地之一,目前在發(fā)展中面臨著巨大的困難,而國(guó)企改革已成為東北老工業(yè)基地調(diào)整與改造的突破口,刻不容緩。本文分析東北老工業(yè)基地國(guó)企現(xiàn)狀,提出存在的問(wèn)題和面臨的挑戰(zhàn),總結(jié)改革難點(diǎn),結(jié)合淡馬錫模式和上海國(guó)企改革經(jīng)驗(yàn),為東北老工業(yè)基地國(guó)企改革提出思路與建議。
[Abstract]:As one of the important industrial bases in China, the northeast old industrial base is faced with great difficulties in its development. The reform of state-owned enterprises has become a breakthrough point for the adjustment and transformation of the old industrial bases in Northeast China. This paper analyzes the present situation of state-owned enterprises in the old industrial base of Northeast China, puts forward the existing problems and challenges, summarizes the difficulties of reform, and puts forward some ideas and suggestions for the reform of state-owned enterprises in the old industrial base of Northeast China in combination with the Temasek model and the experience of the reform of the state-owned enterprises in Shanghai.
