北京旭日金鼎科技有限公司薪酬體系研究

【摘要】:我國中小型企業(yè)要在市場經(jīng)濟的大潮中發(fā)展壯大自身,必須順應時代潮流,引入先進的管理理念。在企業(yè)發(fā)展中,物質(zhì)資源和人力資源都是不可或缺的,人力資源更是活的資源,中小企業(yè)一定要充分發(fā)揮自己企業(yè)中人力資源的主觀能動性,充分發(fā)揮人力資源管理的作用,使薪酬分配更加體現(xiàn)公平,實現(xiàn)組織內(nèi)外的公平性。因為公平是薪酬滿意度的核心,因此要增強中小企業(yè)的核心競爭力,就必須設(shè)計科學合理的薪酬體系,以促進企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大。北京旭日金鼎科技有限公司作為筆者身邊一個典型的中國式的制造型中小企業(yè),該公司的薪酬體系很具有代表性。因此本文從北京旭日金鼎科技有限公司現(xiàn)有的薪酬管理體系入手,考察該公司人資資源管理的現(xiàn)狀、薪酬體系的現(xiàn)狀,通過調(diào)查問卷的方式和人員訪談的方式,分析該公司薪酬體系,同時,運用工商管理碩士學習到的相關(guān)薪酬理論,有針對性的對該公司薪酬體系進行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計。本文通過對旭日金鼎科技有限公司當下的人力資源現(xiàn)狀,包括績效考核、薪酬以及員工職業(yè)規(guī)劃等模塊的深入研究,提出了優(yōu)化薪酬體系的設(shè)計思路;并通過崗位評估的實施、寬帶薪酬等理念的引用,制定了適合北京旭日金鼎科技有限公司的薪酬體系方案;最后從企業(yè)培訓、建立有效的考核機制以及制度保障方面入手,闡述了該薪酬體系有效實施的支撐平臺。
[Abstract]:In order to develop and strengthen themselves in the market economy, the small and medium enterprises of our country must conform to the trend of the times and introduce advanced management ideas. In the development of enterprises, material resources and human resources are indispensable, human resources are also living resources, small and medium-sized enterprises must give full play to the subjective initiative of human resources in their own enterprises, and give full play to the role of human resources management. To make the distribution of compensation more equitable, to achieve fairness within and outside the organization. Because fairness is the core of salary satisfaction, to enhance the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, we must design a scientific and reasonable salary system to promote the development and growth of enterprises. Beijing Xuri Jinding Technology Co., Ltd. is a typical Chinese manufacturing medium and small sized enterprise around me. The compensation system of this company is very representative. Therefore, starting with the existing salary management system of Beijing Xuri Jinding Technology Co., Ltd., this paper investigates the current situation of the management of human resources, the present situation of the compensation system, the way of questionnaire and the way of personnel interview. This paper analyzes the compensation system of the company, and at the same time, optimizes the compensation system of the company by using the relevant compensation theory learned by the Master of Business Administration (MBA). Through the deep research on the current human resource situation of Xuri Jinding Technology Co., Ltd., including the modules of performance appraisal, salary and employee career planning, this paper puts forward the design idea of optimizing compensation system, and puts forward the implementation of post evaluation. Citing the idea of broadband compensation, the paper formulates the salary system scheme suitable for Beijing Sunrise Jinding Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Finally, it starts with enterprise training, establishing effective assessment mechanism and system guarantee. The supporting platform for the effective implementation of the compensation system is expounded.
