【摘要】：從我煤炭需求、煤炭產(chǎn)能、煤炭進(jìn)口3個(gè)方面簡(jiǎn)要分析我國(guó)煤炭中長(zhǎng)期供需趨勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了煤炭行業(yè)化解過(guò)剩產(chǎn)能過(guò)程中可能面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并提出加強(qiáng)中長(zhǎng)期煤炭供需趨勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè)與引導(dǎo)、透徹分析煤炭產(chǎn)能構(gòu)成及擬淘汰退出煤礦情況、多渠道處置去產(chǎn)能企業(yè)債務(wù)等對(duì)策建議,以保障化解過(guò)剩產(chǎn)能工作的順利推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the brief analysis of China's coal demand, coal production capacity and coal import, the paper points out the challenges that the coal industry may face in the process of resolving the excess production capacity in the coal industry, on the basis of a brief analysis of the medium- and long-term coal supply and demand trends in China. The paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as strengthening the forecast and guidance of coal supply and demand trend in the medium and long term, thoroughly analyzing the composition of coal production capacity and the situation of withdrawing from coal mines, and dealing with the debts of enterprises with production capacity through multiple channels so as to ensure the smooth progress of the work of resolving excess capacity.
