CX軸承制造公司多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, traditional enterprises are faced with increasingly complex market environment and competitive situation. In addition, Chinese manufacturing enterprises are still at the low end of the value chain because of the late development of China's industrial economy. How to break through the dilemma of low added value and low economic benefit of Chinese traditional manufacturing enterprises, it is very important to give full play to the core advantages of enterprises and actively invest in transformation and upgrading. In particular, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in labour-intensive industries are often faced with problems such as weak technological foundation, limited production capacity, single product, difficulty in entering the market for new products, and so on. Through the implementation of a diversified development strategy, Enterprises can improve their business performance, create new profit growth points, and better meet the needs of diversified markets. This paper takes CX bearing manufacturing enterprise as an example, through case analysis and literature analysis, on the basis of analyzing the development, historical evolution and future trend of bearing manufacturing industry, focusing on the existing problems of CX bearing manufacturing enterprise. The direction of diversification development strategy is determined, and the feasibility of implementing diversification development strategy is preliminarily discussed by PEST external environment analysis method and SWOT analysis method, and the diversification development strategy is formulated. On the basis of reasonable prediction of future challenges and careful inventory of its own resources, this paper takes "transformation and upgrading" as its main goal, "driven by diversified market demand, and guided by increasing the added value of its products, so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises." To realize the transformation and upgrading of enterprise industrial structure "as the guiding principle of diversification development strategy implementation plan, and take YL bearing Co., Ltd as the main strategic alliance object to realize diversification development." In addition, this paper also discusses the implementation of diversification development strategy risk avoidance, advantages and disadvantages analysis and other issues, in order to be able to CX bearing manufacturing enterprises as a starting point, for manufacturing enterprises to provide diversified development advice and practical cases. Further enrich the relevant theoretical research.
