【摘要】：隨著京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展、"制造業(yè)2025"等國家戰(zhàn)略的提出,京津冀地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)亟須實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。在要素稟賦視域下,構(gòu)建了三產(chǎn)品-兩階段的HO模型,根據(jù)制造業(yè)子行業(yè)要素稟賦與行業(yè)產(chǎn)出的關(guān)系,將子行業(yè)按照要素稟賦分為兩個(gè)組合,并進(jìn)一步聚合劃分了勞動(dòng)密集型、過渡型和資本密集型行業(yè)。運(yùn)用似無相關(guān)回歸模型,對(duì)京津冀裝備制造業(yè)8個(gè)子行業(yè)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,研究得出京津冀地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)8個(gè)子行業(yè)中有3個(gè)子行業(yè)處于過渡行業(yè)階段,5個(gè)子行業(yè)處于資本密集型行業(yè)階段,并沒有勞動(dòng)密集型行業(yè)。最后,從完善行業(yè)要素稟賦結(jié)構(gòu)、實(shí)現(xiàn)"三鏈"融合、促進(jìn)裝備制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)融合等方面提出了京津冀地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei and the national strategy of "manufacturing 2025", the equipment manufacturing industry in Beijing, Tianjin Hebei region needs to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading. Under the factor endowment, the HO model of the three product and two stage is constructed. According to the relationship between the factor endowment and the industry produced by the manufacturing industry, the sub industry is divided into two elements according to the factor endowment. Combination, and further polymerization division of labor intensive, transitional and capital intensive industries. Using similar regression model, the 8 sub industries of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei equipment manufacturing industry were empirically analyzed. In the 8 sub sectors of the equipment manufacturing industry of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, 3 sub industries were in the transition industry stage, and the 5 sub industries were in the capital. At the stage of this intensive industry, there is no labor intensive industry. Finally, the Countermeasures of upgrading the equipment manufacturing industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are put forward from the aspects of improving the factor endowment structure of the industry, realizing the integration of the "three chains" and promoting the integration of the equipment manufacturing industry and the productive service industry.
