【摘要】：正2016年3月26日,中共中央政治局召開(kāi)會(huì)議,審議通過(guò)《關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和國(guó)防建設(shè)融合發(fā)展的意見(jiàn)》、《長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》。會(huì)議指出,把軍民融合發(fā)展上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,是黨中央從國(guó)家安全和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略全局出發(fā)作出的重大決策,是在全面建成小康社會(huì)進(jìn)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)富國(guó)和強(qiáng)軍相統(tǒng)一的必由之路~([1])。在這一背景之下,中國(guó)科協(xié)本著學(xué)科交叉融合、產(chǎn)學(xué)研緊密
[Abstract]:On March 26, 2016, the political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee convened a meeting to deliberate and adopt the views on the Integration of Economic Construction and National Defense Construction, and the outline of the Development Plan for the Yangtze Economic Belt. The meeting pointed out that developing the integration of the military and the people into a national strategy is an important decision made by the CPC Central Committee from the overall situation of national security and development strategy, and is the only way to realize the unity of rich countries and strong armed forces in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Against this background, the Chinese Association of Science and Technology is closely related to industry, education and research in the spirit of interdisciplinary integration.
