【摘要】：建筑是城市最動(dòng)人的樂章,是一座城市現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)發(fā)展,文化活力的最有力體現(xiàn)。上海作為全中國經(jīng)濟(jì)最為發(fā)達(dá)的城市,面貌時(shí)刻發(fā)生著變化,老百姓口中的“一年一個(gè)樣,三年大變樣”就是對城市建設(shè)的最好詮釋。作為上海這座城市最大的國有建筑企業(yè)之一,上海QJ公司出色的完成了各項(xiàng)標(biāo)志性建筑的建設(shè),在城市發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中,作了一定的貢獻(xiàn)。但隨著上海的建筑市場日漸狹窄,市政工程和標(biāo)志性工程數(shù)量上的減少,放緩了作為主攻市政建設(shè)的國有建筑企業(yè)的發(fā)展腳步,“走出去”承接建設(shè)業(yè)務(wù)成為了企業(yè)發(fā)展的主旋律。隨著“十八大”的召開,城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)成為了國家發(fā)展的核心戰(zhàn)略,也給上海QJ公司帶來了新的歷史發(fā)展機(jī)遇。如何解決問題抓住機(jī)遇?就必須對公司進(jìn)行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的分析和研究。本論文一共分為六個(gè)章節(jié)。第1章是緒論,闡述了論文的研究背景和研究意義,表明了本論文的研究思路和研究方法。第2章主要對企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究理論文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了回顧,對企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略管理的概念和層次進(jìn)行了闡述,分析了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的主要任務(wù)及影響戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的因素,以及企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的不同類型。第3章對論文的研究對象——上海QJ公司的基本情況、組織結(jié)構(gòu)和人員狀況進(jìn)行了介紹和分析,對公司發(fā)展的不同歷史時(shí)期進(jìn)行了介紹,對目前發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述。第4章從外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境兩個(gè)大的方面,以外部政治法律環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)文化環(huán)境、技術(shù)環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境與內(nèi)部管理能力、人員結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)文化、資源能力和核心競爭力為切入口,利用SWOT分析法對上海QJ公司進(jìn)行了全方位的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究,分析出了其優(yōu)勢和劣勢、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅。第5章從上海QJ公司發(fā)展使命與發(fā)展愿景出發(fā),結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,制定了相適應(yīng)的總體戰(zhàn)略和競爭戰(zhàn)略。第6章闡述了實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略所需的資源和保障措施。
[Abstract]:Architecture is the most moving movement of the city and the most powerful embodiment of the city's modernization and cultural vitality. Shanghai, as the most developed city in China, is changing all the time. What the common people call "one year and three years' change" is the best interpretation of urban construction. As one of the largest state-owned construction enterprises in Shanghai, Shanghai QJ Company has accomplished the construction of all kinds of landmarks and made some contributions to the development of the city. However, as the construction market in Shanghai has become increasingly narrow and the number of municipal and landmark projects has decreased, the pace of development of state-owned construction enterprises, which is the main focus of municipal construction, has been slowed down. "going out" to undertake construction business has become the main theme of enterprise development. With the holding of the 18th National Congress, urbanization has become the core strategy of national development, and has also brought new historical development opportunities to Shanghai QJ Company. How to solve the problem and seize the opportunity? Must carry on the development strategy analysis and the research to the company. This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which describes the research background and significance of the paper, and shows the research ideas and methods of this paper. The second chapter mainly reviews the theory of enterprise development strategy, expounds the concept and level of enterprise development strategy management, analyzes the main tasks of enterprise strategic management and the factors influencing the strategic development. And different types of corporate strategy. Chapter 3 introduces and analyzes the basic situation, organizational structure and personnel status of Shanghai QJ Company, introduces the different historical periods of the company's development, and expounds the present development situation. Chapter 4 discusses the external political and legal environment, the economic environment, the social and cultural environment, the technological environment, the industry environment and the internal management ability, the personnel structure, the enterprise culture, the external environment and the internal environment. The SWOT analysis method is used to study the overall development strategy of Shanghai QJ Company, and its advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats are analyzed. Chapter 5 starts from the development mission and development vision of Shanghai QJ Company and combines the actual situation to formulate the overall strategy and competitive strategy. Chapter 6 describes the resources and safeguards needed to implement the strategy.
