【摘要】：正實施背景企業(yè)的決策貫穿于管理的全過程,其科學(xué)性對企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。隨著"三集五大"體系建設(shè)的推進,國網(wǎng)江蘇電力公司內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)關(guān)系管理方式也隨之進行了調(diào)整,如何將外部感知納入決策的管理范疇,成為優(yōu)化和提升"三集五大"體系建設(shè)的重要課題。此外,當(dāng)前的中央企業(yè)面臨著國際國內(nèi)企業(yè)的激烈競爭和眾多外部媒體、公眾監(jiān)督的雙重壓力,國網(wǎng)江蘇電力作為最大的駐蘇央企,其公司決策關(guān)系到各利益相關(guān)方的權(quán)益,
