【摘要】：以新一代信息技術為核心的科技革命正在掀起新一輪工業(yè)革命浪潮。日本新工業(yè)革命戰(zhàn)略——機器人革命,有望成為日本重振制造業(yè)、拉動經(jīng)濟擺脫長期蕭條的引擎。為此,日本企業(yè)須盡快改變固化的縱向一體化企業(yè)組織方式、政府須盡快營造激勵創(chuàng)新的宏觀制度環(huán)境,否則,在未來的競爭中日本工業(yè)的技術優(yōu)勢將止步于制造,企業(yè)在全球分工中只能淪為模塊供應商。
[Abstract]:The technological revolution, with the new generation of information technology as the core, is setting off a new wave of industrial revolution. The Japanese new industrial revolution strategy, the robot revolution, is expected to become the engine for Japan to reinvigorate the manufacturing industry and pull the economy out of the long-term depression. Therefore, the Japanese Enterprises must change the vertical integrated enterprise organization mode as soon as possible. As soon as possible, to create a macro institutional environment that encourages innovation, otherwise, the technological advantage of Japanese industry will stop in the future competition, and the enterprise can only be a module supplier in the global division of labor.
