【摘要】：隨著藝術(shù)、舞蹈行業(yè)在我國的不斷升溫,市場對藝術(shù)服裝的需求不斷增長,但由于行業(yè)進(jìn)入門檻低,且存在著規(guī)�；a(chǎn)與多品種、小批量的市場需求特點(diǎn)之間的矛盾。在殘酷的市場競爭中如何創(chuàng)造競爭優(yōu)勢,是企業(yè)生存以及發(fā)展的重點(diǎn),對于服裝加工企業(yè),市場競爭迫使企業(yè)必須通過現(xiàn)場管理、質(zhì)量提升、流程控制來實(shí)現(xiàn)降低成本、控制生產(chǎn)時(shí)間、控制庫存、增加產(chǎn)品款式的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)能力的目的。服裝加工是集勞動(dòng)技能和設(shè)備生產(chǎn)為一體的行業(yè),面對“多品種、小批量”的市場需求,以及日益嚴(yán)峻的市場競爭,迫使JY藝術(shù)服飾公司實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)和創(chuàng)新管理,精益生產(chǎn)和創(chuàng)新管理對于提升企業(yè)管理水平、增加企業(yè)競爭力是非常重要有效的手段,JY藝術(shù)服飾公司希望通過精益生產(chǎn)和創(chuàng)新管理改善生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀、提高效益保證及時(shí)化生產(chǎn)、滿足顧客需求、擴(kuò)大市場占有率。本文對精益生產(chǎn)和創(chuàng)新管理的理論做了綜述分析,同時(shí),以多品種、小批量生產(chǎn)為目標(biāo)通過導(dǎo)入模塊化、單件流的精益生產(chǎn)模式優(yōu)化JY藝術(shù)服飾公司的生產(chǎn)流程,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代管理方法去改造企業(yè)；對JY藝術(shù)服飾公司生產(chǎn)管理存在的問題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,針對JY藝術(shù)服飾公司生產(chǎn)管理存在的問題,設(shè)計(jì)了生產(chǎn)管理改善方案；同時(shí),對改善方案在JY藝術(shù)服飾公司推行過程中應(yīng)采取的保障措施進(jìn)行了深入研究,力求將理論與實(shí)際問題解決結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上,通過推行精益生產(chǎn)和創(chuàng)新管理,保證生產(chǎn)改善方案對解決JY藝術(shù)服飾公司無法按期出貨、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量無法保證、生產(chǎn)配合度低、現(xiàn)場管理混亂等問題；找出適合多品種、小批量服裝生產(chǎn)的管理方式,并對其他服裝加工公司改善生產(chǎn)管理,實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)有借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasing temperature of art and dance industry in our country , the demand of the market for art clothing has been increasing , but because of the low threshold of the industry and the demand of large - scale production and multi - variety and small - scale market demand , it is very important and effective to improve the management level of enterprises and increase the market share in the face of the market demand of multi - variety and small batch production , and the production process of JY art clothing company is optimized through the lean production mode of multi - variety and small batch production .
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the production and management of JY art clothing company , and designs production management improvement scheme aiming at the problems existing in the production management of JY art clothing company .
At the same time , the improvement scheme is deeply researched in the process of JY ' s art apparel company , aiming at solving the problems of the combination of theory and practical problems , through carrying out lean production and innovation management , ensuring that the production improvement scheme can not deliver goods in time , the quality of products cannot be guaranteed , the production cooperation is low , and the on - site management confusion and the like ;
Find out how to manage the production of multi - variety and small - batch clothes , and improve the production management of other garment processing companies , and to implement lean production .
