【摘要】：世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇緩慢,產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩、需求不足等因素全球普遍。企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)和財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不斷加大。國(guó)際嘉能可、國(guó)內(nèi)泛亞事件均顯示財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控對(duì)公司持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)的重要意義。在分析H公司面對(duì)的資金管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、庫(kù)存風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、自營(yíng)貿(mào)易風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、票據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、信用管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)基礎(chǔ)上,研究有效防控財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)措施。通過(guò)建立資金預(yù)算和經(jīng)營(yíng)聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制、完善庫(kù)存商品在線管理制度、加強(qiáng)自營(yíng)貿(mào)易事前審批、"兩頭雙控"轉(zhuǎn)嫁和降低票據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、加強(qiáng)信用管理提高抵押品質(zhì)量等方式防控。提出財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控應(yīng)借助企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng),實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、強(qiáng)化分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警,以及展望互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控管理前景。
[Abstract]:The world economy recovers slowly, overcapacity, demand and so on factor is universal. Business operations and financial risks continue to increase. International Glencore, domestic pan-Asian events show that financial risk prevention and control of the company's continuing business significance. On the basis of analyzing the risk of capital management, inventory risk, self-trade risk, bill risk, credit management risk and moral hazard faced by H Company, the effective measures of preventing and controlling financial risk are studied. Through establishing the mechanism of fund budget and management linkage, perfecting the online management system of inventory goods, strengthening the prior examination and approval of self-trade, transferring "double control between two ends" and reducing the risk of bill, strengthening credit management, improving the quality of collateral, etc. It is pointed out that the prevention and control of financial risk should be based on enterprise information system, real-time monitoring, strengthening analysis, risk early warning, and the prospect of financial risk prevention and control management in the era of big data.
