【摘要】：隨著改革開放的不斷深入和現(xiàn)代化步伐的加快,煤礦基建工程市場競爭越來越激烈,各煤礦基建企業(yè)為了增強自己在市場經(jīng)濟中的競爭力,不斷加大企業(yè)的改革力度,努力抓好施工管理。而抓好煤礦基建企業(yè)的施工管理,根本在于工程項目管理的好壞程度,這直接影響到煤礦基建企業(yè)的信譽和效益。所以,需要加強對煤礦基建工程項目的全面、標準化管理。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the acceleration of the pace of modernization, the market competition for coal mine infrastructure projects is becoming more and more fierce. In order to enhance their competitiveness in the market economy, the coal mining infrastructure enterprises are constantly increasing their reform efforts. We will strive to do a good job in construction management. The construction management of coal mine infrastructure enterprises lies in the quality of project management, which directly affects the reputation and benefit of coal mine infrastructure enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive and standardized management of coal mine infrastructure projects.
