【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型中工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)是核心,鋼鐵資源型城市工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)必須考慮到資源儲(chǔ)量、資本、人力資本、科技創(chuàng)新、經(jīng)濟(jì)外向度等因素。本文從鋼鐵資源型城市工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的影響因素入手,分析了鞍山市工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與優(yōu)化的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,提出了未來鞍山市工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的保障措施。
[Abstract]:The industrial transformation and upgrading is the core in the industrial structure transformation. The industrial transformation and upgrading of iron and steel resource-based cities must take into account such factors as resource reserves, capital, human capital, scientific and technological innovation, economic extroversion and so on. Starting with the factors affecting the industrial transformation and upgrading of iron and steel resource-based cities, this paper analyzes the key contents of industrial structure adjustment and optimization in Anshan City, and puts forward the safeguard measures for the industrial transformation and upgrading in Anshan City in the future.
