【摘要】:企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略是一個(gè)戰(zhàn)略體系,企業(yè)在發(fā)展的不同階段需要不同的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略支撐。區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是一座城市或一個(gè)區(qū)域的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,是依據(jù)該區(qū)域的具體條件確定其發(fā)展的總體規(guī)模、產(chǎn)業(yè)定位、以及總體布局等帶全局性、方向性、長期性的根本指導(dǎo)原則!吧虾H醫(yī)學(xué)園區(qū)”是以現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療服務(wù)業(yè)、生物醫(yī)藥、醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)業(yè)為核心的醫(yī)療健康產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集區(qū),是張江高科技園區(qū)三大核心園之一,園區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是力爭建成一座科技領(lǐng)先、環(huán)境優(yōu)美、生態(tài)和諧的現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)城,成為中國乃至亞洲地區(qū)最具特色的“東方醫(yī)谷”!吧虾H醫(yī)學(xué)園區(qū)集團(tuán)”是以市場化運(yùn)作、公司制經(jīng)營的管理開發(fā)區(qū)的運(yùn)營商。因此上海國際醫(yī)學(xué)園區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略選擇既關(guān)系到企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,又關(guān)系到區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文研究目的通過對(duì)企業(yè)現(xiàn)有問題分析,尋求更優(yōu)的戰(zhàn)略方案,為園區(qū)獲得更佳的競爭優(yōu)勢和更長遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展。通過對(duì)上海國際醫(yī)學(xué)園區(qū)的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境分析,運(yùn)用平臺(tái)戰(zhàn)略、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、競爭戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)理論和方法,運(yùn)用定性和定量的市場調(diào)研、實(shí)證調(diào)查等工具對(duì)上海國際醫(yī)學(xué)園區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略選擇進(jìn)行關(guān)鍵要素的驗(yàn)證。探索上海國際醫(yī)學(xué)園區(qū)如何在現(xiàn)有外部環(huán)境下完善自身產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)圈,如何在不斷變化的環(huán)境下獲得競爭優(yōu)勢,謀求更長遠(yuǎn)和高效的發(fā)展。研究結(jié)論是:以平臺(tái)戰(zhàn)略思維為指導(dǎo)結(jié)合發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和競爭戰(zhàn)略理論制定了上海國際醫(yī)學(xué)園區(qū)發(fā)展路徑,明確了園區(qū)戰(zhàn)略選擇,確立了五大戰(zhàn)略原則:轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)展模式,激發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng);精耕細(xì)分市場,綁定平臺(tái)用戶;創(chuàng)新機(jī)制體制,提升服務(wù)能級(jí);爭做平臺(tái)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),確保競爭優(yōu)勢;整合外部資源,構(gòu)筑共贏生態(tài)。四大戰(zhàn)略任務(wù):聚焦一條主線;做大兩個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè);實(shí)現(xiàn)三個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)變;做好四項(xiàng)提升。三大戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo):中國醫(yī)療特區(qū);上海健康經(jīng)濟(jì)示范區(qū);浦東科技創(chuàng)新中心實(shí)踐區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Enterprise strategy is a strategic system, and enterprises need different strategic support in different stages of development. The regional development strategy is the development strategy of a city or a region. It is the fundamental guiding principle of the overall, directional and long-term development of a city or a region, according to the specific conditions of the region to determine its overall scale, industrial positioning, and overall layout. "Shanghai International Medical Park" is a medical and health industry gathering area with modern medical service industry, biomedical industry and medical device industry as the core. It is one of the three core parks of Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park. The strategic goal of the park is to build a modern medical science city with leading science and technology, beautiful environment and harmonious ecology, and become the most characteristic "Oriental Medical Valley" in China and even in Asia. Shanghai International Medical Park Group is a management development zone operator operating on a market-oriented and corporate basis. Therefore, the strategic choice of Shanghai International Medical Park is not only related to the enterprise strategy, but also related to the regional development strategy. The purpose of this paper is to find a better strategic plan by analyzing the existing problems of the enterprises, so as to obtain a better competitive advantage and a longer-term development for the park. By analyzing the internal and external environment of Shanghai International Medical Park, applying the theories and methods of platform strategy, development strategy and competition strategy, applying qualitative and quantitative market research, Empirical investigation and other tools are used to verify the key elements of the strategic choice of Shanghai International Medical Park. This paper explores how the Shanghai International Medical Park can improve its industrial ecosphere under the existing external environment, and how to gain the competitive advantage in the changing environment in order to achieve a more long-term and efficient development. The conclusions are as follows: the development path of Shanghai International Medical Park is formulated under the guidance of platform strategic thinking combined with development strategy and competitive strategy theory, the strategic choice of Shanghai International Medical Park is defined, and five strategic principles are established: transformation of development model. Stimulate network effect; fine tillage subdivides the market, binds platform user; innovates the mechanism system, enhances the service level; competes for the platform leadership, guarantees the competitive advantage; integrates the external resources, constructs the win-win ecology. Four strategic tasks: focus on one main line; make two industries bigger; realize three changes; do a good job of four promotion. Three strategic objectives: China Medical Zone; Shanghai Health economy demonstration Zone; Pudong Science and Technology Innovation Center practice area.
