礦工社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)煤礦企業(yè)安全文化的影響研究

【摘要】:為了提高煤礦企業(yè)安全管理水平,從根源上阻斷礦工不安全行為發(fā)生的機(jī)會(huì),基于礦工社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)、煤礦企業(yè)安全文化的重要性,分別采用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法、SEM模型法,選取煤礦一線礦工與一般工作人員作為研究對(duì)象,理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合探索礦工社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)如何影響煤礦企業(yè)安全文化。首先,以文獻(xiàn)和相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)礦工的整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行分析,選取該礦綜采隊(duì)作為研究整體,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)核心問(wèn)題“平時(shí),你和哪些礦工交談過(guò)自己的家庭、工作、生活中的困難問(wèn)題”,采用UCINET6.0軟件對(duì)135名綜采隊(duì)礦工的整體社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特征進(jìn)行刻畫,從整體上了解礦工的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)情況。而后,將研究視角轉(zhuǎn)向礦工個(gè)體,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模、關(guān)系類型、關(guān)系連帶強(qiáng)度、同質(zhì)性、異質(zhì)性5個(gè)方面分析其個(gè)體社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征,為后續(xù)概念模型及結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的建立奠定基礎(chǔ)。其次,在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建本研究的概念模型,并提出理論假設(shè),以概念模型為綱領(lǐng),借鑒專家成熟問(wèn)卷,并結(jié)合研究目的適當(dāng)修正,作為初始問(wèn)卷,對(duì)于回收的問(wèn)卷題項(xiàng)進(jìn)行獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn)、皮爾遜相關(guān)性、探索性因子分析等預(yù)調(diào)研分析,最終確立本研究的問(wèn)卷。最后,在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,建立本研究的SEM模型,采用正式問(wèn)卷收集的數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)模型進(jìn)行識(shí)別、擬合評(píng)價(jià)、修正等,得到最終模型,并驗(yàn)證了本研究的8個(gè)假設(shè),且均成立:假設(shè)H1,礦工網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模對(duì)安全知識(shí)流具有顯著的正向影響;假設(shè)H2,礦工網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模對(duì)正能量流有顯著的正向影響;假設(shè)H3,礦工網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系類型越豐富,傳遞的安全知識(shí)流就越大;假設(shè)H4,礦工網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模越大,傳遞的正能量流就越大;假設(shè)H5,礦工之間互相交流的關(guān)系強(qiáng)度越強(qiáng),傳遞的安全知識(shí)流就越強(qiáng)大;假設(shè)H6,礦工間關(guān)系強(qiáng)度越強(qiáng),傳遞的正能量流越大;假設(shè)H7,礦工之間傳遞的安全知識(shí)流越大,越有利于煤礦企業(yè)安全文化建設(shè);假設(shè)H8,礦工之間傳遞的正能量越多,越能支持煤礦企業(yè)安全文化的建設(shè)。結(jié)果表明:8個(gè)假設(shè)均成立,即礦工網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模對(duì)安全知識(shí)流具有顯著的正向影響;礦工網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模對(duì)正能流有顯著的正向影響;礦工網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系類型越豐富,傳遞的安全知識(shí)流就越大;礦工網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模越大,傳遞的正能量流就越大;礦工之間交流的關(guān)系強(qiáng)度越強(qiáng),傳遞的安全知識(shí)流就越強(qiáng)大;礦工之間關(guān)系強(qiáng)度越強(qiáng),傳遞的正能量流越大;礦工之間傳遞的安全知識(shí)流越大,越有利于煤礦企業(yè)安全文化建設(shè);礦工之間傳遞的正能量越多,越能支持煤礦企業(yè)安全文化建設(shè)。并且依據(jù)模型分析討論結(jié)果,從礦工社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、改善礦工社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)、提升煤礦企業(yè)安全文化建設(shè)三個(gè)方面提出建設(shè)良好煤礦企業(yè)安全文化的切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策與建議。通過(guò)本文的研究,從理論與實(shí)證兩個(gè)方面,分析了礦工社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)如何影響煤礦企業(yè)安全文化,具體反映了兩者間的影響路徑關(guān)系,為煤礦企業(yè)管理者建設(shè)良好安全文化指明道路,能有效推動(dòng)煤礦安全管理的前進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the safety management level of coal mining enterprises and the opportunity to block the unsafe behavior of miners from the root, it is based on the social network of miners, the social support network and the importance of the safety culture of the coal mine enterprises. It adopts the social network analysis method, the statistical analysis method and the SEM model method respectively to select the coal mine workers and the general staff as the research. To explore how the miner's social support network affects the safety culture of coal mining enterprises. First, based on the literature and related theories, the whole network of miners is analyzed, and the mine fully mechanized coal mining team is selected as a whole to design a core question, "in peacetime, you and which miners have talked to their own families and work." The difficult problems in life ", using UCINET6.0 software to describe the overall social network structure characteristics of 135 mechanized mining miners, understand the social network of miners from the whole, and then turn the research perspective to the miners' individual, analyze the individual from 5 aspects of network scale, relationship type, connection and connection intensity, homogeneity and heterogeneity. The social support network features lay the foundation for the following conceptual model and the establishment of the structural equation model. Secondly, on the basis of the previous analysis, we construct the conceptual model of this study, and put forward the theoretical hypothesis, using the concept model as the program, drawing on the expert mature questionnaire and combining the research purpose properly, as the initial questionnaire, for the recovery question. The items are analyzed by independent sample T test, Pearson correlation, exploratory factor analysis and so on. Finally, on the basis of the previous research, the SEM model of this study is established and the data collected from the formal questionnaire are used to identify the model, to fit the evaluation and to correct, and to get the final model, and verify the model. The 8 hypotheses of this study are all set up: assuming that H1, miner network size has a significant positive impact on the safe knowledge flow; assuming H2, the miner network size has a significant positive impact on the positive energy flow; assuming H3, the more rich the miner network relations are, the greater the flow of safety knowledge flows; the greater the size of the miner network, the positive transfer of the miner network. The greater the energy flow, the stronger the relationship between the miners, the stronger the strength of the relationship between the miners, the stronger the transfer of the flow of safety knowledge; the stronger the relationship between the miners, the greater the positive energy flow of the miners, the greater the safety knowledge flow transmitted between the miners, the more advantageous to the construction of the safety culture of the coal mine enterprises, assuming that the H5, the transfer between the miners and the miners, is transmitted between the miners and the miners. The more positive energy is, the more it can support the construction of safety culture of coal mining enterprises. The results show that the 8 hypotheses are all established, that is, the miner network scale has a significant positive influence on the safety knowledge flow; the miner network scale has a significant positive influence on the positive flow; the more rich network relation type of miner's network, the greater the transfer of safety knowledge flow is, the miner network The larger the scale of the collaterals is, the greater the positive energy flow is, the stronger the relationship between the miners, the stronger the transfer of the safety knowledge flow, the stronger the relationship between the miners, the greater the positive energy flow, the greater the safety knowledge flow between the miners, the more conducive to the construction of the safety culture of the coal mine and the positive energy transfer between the miners. The more, the more it can support the construction of safety culture of coal mining enterprises, and according to the model analysis and discussion results, from the miner social network, improve the miner social support network, improve the safety culture construction of coal mine enterprises three aspects of the construction of a good coal mining enterprise safety culture feasible countermeasures and suggestions. The two aspects of the empirical analysis are the analysis of how the miner's social support network affects the safety culture of coal mine enterprises, which reflects the relationship between the two, and indicates the road for the management of the coal mine enterprises to build a good safety culture, and can effectively promote the advance of the coal mine safety management.
