【摘要】：北京東方亞科力化工科技有限公司(簡(jiǎn)稱亞科力化工公司)是一家高新科技企業(yè)。公司在化工領(lǐng)域具有較高知名度和綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,經(jīng)過(guò)多年發(fā)展,公司在丙烯酸研發(fā)領(lǐng)域取得了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步,公司研發(fā)中心獲得國(guó)家專項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目授權(quán)命名,是國(guó)內(nèi)首屈一指的丙烯酸及酯系列產(chǎn)品科研機(jī)構(gòu)。為滿足市場(chǎng)不同需求,提高產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和客戶滿意度,不斷擴(kuò)大企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模,公司在質(zhì)量管理方面的投入不斷增長(zhǎng),通過(guò)采用先進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理技術(shù)和設(shè)備改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,為實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展目標(biāo)奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。本文在對(duì)亞科力化工公司的各個(gè)事業(yè)部進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)和分析了該公司當(dāng)前的全面質(zhì)量管理運(yùn)行狀況,嘗試著提出了該公司在全面質(zhì)量管理上存在的不足之處。針對(duì)問(wèn)題,提出了改進(jìn)亞科力化工公司全面質(zhì)量管理的若干建議,并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行了部分實(shí)施,重點(diǎn)是完善質(zhì)量管理體系,調(diào)整供應(yīng)商遴選和考核方法,發(fā)揮本公司其他管理手段的作用,加強(qiáng)員工質(zhì)量管理培訓(xùn)和激勵(lì)等方面工作,提高員工的積極性、主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性。最終通過(guò)顧客滿意度調(diào)查結(jié)果和幾個(gè)過(guò)程目標(biāo)對(duì)比舉例等方面,分析了公司采取質(zhì)量管理改進(jìn)措施的效果。通過(guò)理論與實(shí)踐的緊密結(jié)合,亞科力化工公司在全面質(zhì)量管理的應(yīng)用研究有所突破,取得了后續(xù)管理工作和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的兩個(gè)提升,作者在文中得出了可供交流的一些結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Beijing Dongfang Yakeli Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise. After years of development, the company has made great progress in the field of acrylic acid research and development, the company research and development center has been authorized to name national special research projects. Is the domestic leading acrylic acid and ester series of products research institutions. In order to meet the different needs of the market, to improve the product competitiveness and customer satisfaction, to expand the business scale, the company's investment in quality management continues to grow, through the use of advanced quality management technology and equipment to improve product quality, In order to achieve the long-term development objectives of enterprises lay a solid foundation. Based on the field investigation of each division of Yakoli Chemical Company, this paper summarizes and analyzes the current operation of TQM in this company, and tries to put forward the shortcomings of TQM in this company. In order to solve the problems, some suggestions for improving the total quality management of Yakeli Chemical Company are put forward, and some suggestions are carried out in combination with the actual situation. The emphasis is on perfecting the quality management system and adjusting the selection and assessment methods of suppliers. Play the role of other management means of the company, strengthen staff quality management training and motivation, improve staff enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. Finally, through the results of customer satisfaction survey and some examples of process objectives, this paper analyzes the effect of quality management improvement measures taken by the company. Through the close combination of theory and practice, there is a breakthrough in the applied research of TQM in Yakoli Chemical Company, and two improvements of follow-up management work and economic benefit have been obtained. The author draws some conclusions for communication in this paper.
