【摘要】:近年青海省經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)發(fā)展水平不斷提高,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展必然會(huì)消耗資源,資源的消耗會(huì)給環(huán)境帶來負(fù)面影響,青海省生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱,鹽湖礦產(chǎn)資源的開發(fā)會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生影響,礦山企業(yè)的發(fā)展必須在環(huán)境承載力可承載范圍之內(nèi),以求經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境的和諧發(fā)展。研究鹽湖礦產(chǎn)資源環(huán)境承載力目的是分析鹽湖環(huán)境承載力現(xiàn)狀,以便改進(jìn)破壞環(huán)境的方面,向更好的綠色礦山綠色開采邁步。首先,論文首先對(duì)青海鹽湖開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,分析青海省環(huán)境特征、鹽湖開發(fā)對(duì)環(huán)境的影響及青海省環(huán)境治理現(xiàn)狀等,提出青海省鹽湖礦產(chǎn)資源環(huán)境承載力的定義和計(jì)算公式。其次,用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的方法來構(gòu)建了青海省鹽湖礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)的環(huán)境承載力模型,選取鹽湖分布縣市作為空間分布邊界,2007年至2020年作為時(shí)間邊界。該系統(tǒng)包含3個(gè)子系統(tǒng),將資源子系統(tǒng)與環(huán)境子系統(tǒng)作為承載方,經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)子系統(tǒng)作為壓力方。接著進(jìn)行指標(biāo)的選取,最終選出16個(gè)指標(biāo)。接著,進(jìn)行公式計(jì)算,輸入數(shù)據(jù),得到2007年至2012年的仿真值,進(jìn)行可信度檢驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)偏差率在范圍之內(nèi)。運(yùn)行模型預(yù)測2013年至2020年的預(yù)測值,分別得到資源、環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)子系統(tǒng)各個(gè)指標(biāo)預(yù)測值,得到2013年至2020年青海省鹽湖產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況,分析承載力變化情況。最后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)壓力方的主要影響因素進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),分析得到投資導(dǎo)向型、需求導(dǎo)向型與人力導(dǎo)向型三種情形下環(huán)境承載力變化情況,進(jìn)而提出緩解環(huán)境承載力建議。論文對(duì)青海省礦產(chǎn)資源環(huán)境承載力進(jìn)行分析,得出目前青海省鹽湖礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)狀態(tài)以及其環(huán)境可承載力情況,并預(yù)測2013年至2020年承載力變化趨勢,提出發(fā)展模式,希望推進(jìn)青海省鹽湖產(chǎn)業(yè)綠色開發(fā)進(jìn)程,在開發(fā)進(jìn)程中環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the level of economic and social development in Qinghai Province has been continuously improved, and the development of economy will inevitably consume resources, and the consumption of resources will bring negative impact to the environment. The ecological environment of Qinghai Province is fragile, and the exploitation of mineral resources in salt lakes will have an impact on the environment. The development of mining enterprises must be within the range of environmental carrying capacity in order to achieve the harmonious development of economy and environment. The purpose of studying the environmental carrying capacity of mineral resources in salt lakes is to analyze the present situation of environmental carrying capacity of salt lakes in order to improve the damage to the environment and move towards better green mining of green mines. First of all, the paper analyzes the present situation of Qinghai salt lake development, analyzes the environmental characteristics of Qinghai Province, the impact of salt lake development on the environment, and the current situation of Qinghai Province environmental management, etc. The definition and calculation formula of environmental bearing capacity of mineral resources in Qinghai salt lake are put forward. Secondly, the environmental carrying capacity model of salt lake mineral resources development in Qinghai Province is constructed by the method of system dynamics. Salt lake distribution counties and cities are selected as spatial distribution boundary and 2007 to 2020 as time boundary. The system consists of three subsystems, the resource subsystem and the environment subsystem as the bearer, the economic and social subsystem as the pressure side. Then the selection of indicators, the final selection of 16 indicators. Then, the formula is calculated, the data is inputted, the simulation value from 2007 to 2012 is obtained, and the reliability test is carried out, and the deviation rate is found to be within the range. The operational model was used to predict the predicted values from 2013 to 2020, and the forecast values of resources, environment and economic and social subsystems were obtained, and the development of salt lake industry in Qinghai Province from 2013 to 2020 was obtained, and the change of bearing capacity was analyzed. Finally, the main influencing factors of the pressure side of the system are designed, and the changes of the environmental carrying capacity under the three conditions of investment-oriented, demand-oriented and human-oriented are analyzed, and the suggestions to alleviate the environmental carrying capacity are put forward. This paper analyzes the environmental carrying capacity of mineral resources in Qinghai Province, obtains the current status of mineral resources development and its environmental carrying capacity in Qinghai Salt Lake, forecasts the changing trend of carrying capacity from 2013 to 2020, and puts forward the development model. It is hoped that the green development process of salt lake industry in Qinghai Province will be promoted and the environment and economy will develop harmoniously in the process of development.
