【摘要】：本文針對(duì)全球能源消費(fèi)方向改變的趨勢(shì),以天然氣在能源結(jié)構(gòu)中地位的提高為研究背景,指出天然氣工業(yè)發(fā)展不僅是“發(fā)現(xiàn)”大氣田,而且要保證有效益開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,這就要求我們研究天然氣資源經(jīng)濟(jì)分析的方法,在理論上分析影響因素,確定主要的指標(biāo),攻克資源經(jīng)濟(jì)有效開發(fā)的難關(guān)。對(duì)于天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)來說,關(guān)于能源經(jīng)濟(jì)分析的方法和指標(biāo)體系研究在國(guó)內(nèi)已有很多,但以往由于天然氣產(chǎn)量規(guī)模小,常常作為原油的副產(chǎn)品來進(jìn)行分析測(cè)算,從經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)方法來看,各種方法都有其適用條件,并沒有單獨(dú)的梳理針對(duì)天然氣資源的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)方法。隨著我國(guó)天然氣產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,有必要對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析。文章通過對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外常用的天然氣開發(fā)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)方法及氣田不同開發(fā)階段經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)天然氣產(chǎn)能建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,最后以上游資源經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行實(shí)例應(yīng)用,得出了每種經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)方法的不同適用范圍,將不同的方法結(jié)合實(shí)現(xiàn)全過程優(yōu)化控制,最大限度地降低資金風(fēng)險(xiǎn),獲得較高的投資回報(bào)率,實(shí)現(xiàn)通過經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)達(dá)到天然氣增產(chǎn)、穩(wěn)產(chǎn)的目的。
[Abstract]:In view of the changing trend of global energy consumption and the improvement of the status of natural gas in the energy structure, this paper points out that the development of natural gas industry is not only to "discover" atmospheric fields, but also to ensure effective development. To realize sustainable development, we should study the method of economic analysis of natural gas resources, analyze the influencing factors in theory, determine the main indexes and overcome the difficulties of effective exploitation of natural gas resources. For the natural gas industry, there have been many studies on energy economic analysis methods and index systems in China. However, because of the small scale of natural gas production in the past, it is often used as a by-product of crude oil to analyze and calculate. From the point of view of economic evaluation methods, all kinds of methods have their applicable conditions, and there is no separate combing of technical and economic evaluation methods for natural gas resources. With the development of natural gas industry in China, it is necessary to analyze the economic law. By comparing the common methods of technical and economic evaluation of natural gas development at home and abroad and the economic evaluation methods of gas fields in different stages of development, this paper makes an economic analysis of natural gas productivity construction projects. Finally, using the upstream resource economic evaluation method to carry on the example application, obtained each kind of economic evaluation method different application scope, will combine the different method to realize the entire process optimization control, reduces the fund risk to the greatest extent, The purpose of increasing natural gas production and stabilizing production through economic evaluation can be achieved by obtaining higher return on investment.
