【摘要】：國外工程機(jī)械龍頭企業(yè)秉承精益生產(chǎn),通過ERP等信息系統(tǒng)整合內(nèi)外部企業(yè)資源,降低運(yùn)營成本,成功鑄造了自身軟實(shí)力,保持了企業(yè)的長期穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。而最近幾年,中國工程機(jī)械企業(yè)正面臨由于人口老齡化導(dǎo)致的勞動力成本上升,固定投資拉動放緩導(dǎo)致市場需求下降,長期粗放式的規(guī)模化發(fā)展導(dǎo)致的精益制造能力不強(qiáng)等諸多問題,工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品競爭力正在逐步下降。面對日益加劇的市場競爭和個性化多變的客戶需求,工程機(jī)械企業(yè)如何結(jié)合自身特點(diǎn)和經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,繼續(xù)吸收先進(jìn)制造理念,提升精益制造能力,借助ERP系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)外部資源協(xié)同優(yōu)化,降低成本,加快市場響應(yīng),已成為工程機(jī)械制造企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的必由之路。本文以工程機(jī)械企業(yè)A公司為研究對象,首先總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)制造模式的特點(diǎn)及ERP的發(fā)展；分析了工程機(jī)械生產(chǎn)和精益生產(chǎn)的特點(diǎn),總結(jié)A公司在其管理創(chuàng)新下,不斷吸收先進(jìn)制造理念,發(fā)展形成的生產(chǎn)管理模式情況。其次,總結(jié)了A公司生產(chǎn)信息化的發(fā)展,分析了生產(chǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng)面臨的問題以及實(shí)施ERP的必要性、ERP實(shí)施的選型原則及A公司選擇SAP系統(tǒng)的因素,并總結(jié)了SAP在A公司成功實(shí)施的過程、組織、制度、人才等保障因素。最后介紹了SAP實(shí)施前的流程梳理和提升工作,完成了SAP系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的生產(chǎn)模塊基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)置和庫存式生產(chǎn)、訂單生產(chǎn)以及改裝生產(chǎn)流程在SAP系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行；完成了SAP系統(tǒng)內(nèi)以生產(chǎn)線為倉儲基本供給需求單元的實(shí)現(xiàn),按時配送和零庫存管理的實(shí)現(xiàn)以及以車號為基礎(chǔ)的生產(chǎn)過程管理實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Foreign leading enterprises of construction machinery adhere to lean production, integrate internal and external enterprise resources through ERP and other information systems, reduce operating costs, successfully cast their own soft power, and maintain the long-term and stable development of enterprises. In recent years, China's construction machinery companies are facing a decline in market demand as a result of rising labour costs caused by an ageing population and a slowdown in fixed investment. The long-term extensive scale development leads to many problems such as weak lean manufacturing ability and so on. The competitiveness of construction machinery products is declining step by step. In the face of increasing market competition and individualized and changeable customer demand, how can construction machinery enterprises continue to absorb advanced manufacturing concepts, enhance lean manufacturing capability, and use ERP system to combine their own characteristics and management status? It has become the only way for construction machinery manufacturing enterprises to realize the coordination optimization of internal and external resources, reduce the cost and speed up the market response. This paper takes A company of construction machinery enterprise as the research object, firstly summarizes the characteristics of advanced manufacturing mode and the development of ERP at home and abroad, analyzes the characteristics of construction machinery production and lean production, summarizes A company under its management innovation. Continue to absorb advanced manufacturing concepts, the development of the formation of production management model. Secondly, this paper summarizes the development of production information system in A Company, analyzes the problems faced by production management information system, the necessity of implementing ERP and the selection principle of SAP implementation, and the factors of choosing SAP system for A Company. And summed up the successful implementation of SAP in company A process, organization, system, personnel and other security factors. Finally, the paper introduces the process of carding and upgrading before the implementation of SAP, accomplishes the basic data setup of production module and inventory production in SAP system, and the operation of order production and modification production process in SAP system. The realization of production line as the basic supply and demand unit in SAP system, the realization of timely distribution and zero inventory management, and the realization of production process management based on vehicle number are completed.
