基于德爾菲法的電力大客戶綜合價值評價模型

【摘要】:隨著電力體制改革的不斷深化,以"客戶為中心"的電力市場逐漸形成,甄別客戶價值,針對高價值的電力客戶實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)營銷,是電網(wǎng)公司當(dāng)務(wù)之急。文章通過分析電力大客戶全生命周期內(nèi)不同階段的當(dāng)前價值與潛在價值,建立了客戶價值評價指標(biāo)體系,確立了反映電力客戶價值的10個指標(biāo)特征,構(gòu)建電力大客戶綜合價值評價模型,運(yùn)用德爾菲法,充分利用專家經(jīng)驗,消除個體因素,求得個評價指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù),對客戶價值進(jìn)行衡量,為電網(wǎng)公司甄別高價值客戶,制定差異化服務(wù)策略,提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the electric power system reform, the electricity market with "customer as the center" is gradually formed. It is urgent for the power grid company to identify the customer value and realize the accurate marketing for the high value electric power customer. By analyzing the current value and potential value in different stages of the whole life cycle of large electric power customers, this paper establishes a customer value evaluation index system, and establishes 10 index characteristics reflecting the value of electric power customers. In order to identify high-value customers for power grid companies, a comprehensive value evaluation model for large power customers is constructed, and Delphi method is used to fully utilize expert experience, to eliminate individual factors, to obtain the weight coefficient of an evaluation index, to measure customer value, and to identify high-value customers for power grid companies. The development of differentiated service strategy provides a theoretical basis.
