項(xiàng)目范圍管理在快消行業(yè)CRM系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)為越來越多的企業(yè)發(fā)展提供了可靠有效的平臺(tái),但是除了這些能看到的好處外,在信息化建設(shè)的過程中,同樣存在著很大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文正是基于這種環(huán)境下,為了增強(qiáng)并提高企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的效率,尤其是那些屬于快消行業(yè)的企業(yè)中的信息化建設(shè),通過對(duì)C公司內(nèi)部的一些歷史的IT項(xiàng)目資料的深入研究發(fā)現(xiàn),由于受企業(yè)本身的一些因素所限,如內(nèi)部信息技術(shù)部門及信息技術(shù)人員的能力,絕大部分的IT項(xiàng)目都會(huì)實(shí)施外包,但是又沒有一套優(yōu)秀的項(xiàng)目管理的規(guī)范,導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中存在著很多的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),為了解決這樣的一些項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的問題及風(fēng)險(xiǎn),本文在項(xiàng)目范圍管理知識(shí)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)進(jìn)行了一系列的研究。本文首先通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的閱讀研究將國內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了本論文的研究意義及目前需要解決的問題。然后對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理及項(xiàng)目范圍管理的一些相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了深入研究,并對(duì)相關(guān)的技術(shù)方法如及工具的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了的研究。同時(shí)為了研究快消行業(yè)IT項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),對(duì)該行業(yè)的特性也進(jìn)行了一定的研究分析,結(jié)合C公司目前項(xiàng)目實(shí)施所面臨的問題,提出了在快消行業(yè)的IT項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中存在的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題以及如何來解決這些問題。通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目范圍管理的過程研究以及對(duì)C公司的一些IT項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際案例數(shù)據(jù)分析,提出了一套適用于C公司的IT項(xiàng)目范圍管理的過程。最后,對(duì)這套范圍管理的過程,在C公司的CRM項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中進(jìn)行了實(shí)踐,對(duì)整個(gè)案例進(jìn)行了分析研究,并總結(jié)了還存在的一些問題及還需要進(jìn)一步完成的工作,整個(gè)范圍管理的過程在C公司實(shí)際應(yīng)用后,提高了公司IT項(xiàng)目的管理水平以及實(shí)施效率,對(duì)IT項(xiàng)目范圍管理在快消行業(yè)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施中有一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the construction of information system provides a reliable and effective platform for the development of more and more enterprises, but in addition to the benefits that can be seen, there are also great risks in the process of information construction. This paper is based on this environment, in order to enhance and improve the efficiency of enterprise internal information system construction, especially those enterprises belonging to the fast elimination industry information construction. Through the in-depth study of some historical IT project materials within company C, it is found that due to some factors of the enterprise itself, such as the ability of the internal information technology department and information technology personnel, most IT projects will be outsourced. However, there is not a set of excellent project management standards, which leads to a lot of risks in the process of project implementation. In order to solve the problems and risks of such project implementation, In this paper, a series of researches are carried out in the field of project scope management knowledge. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of project management at home and abroad through the reading research of domestic and foreign literature, and puts forward the significance of this paper and the problems that need to be solved at present. Then some related concepts of project management and project scope management are deeply studied, and the characteristics of relevant technical methods such as tools are also studied. At the same time, in order to study the characteristics of IT projects in the fast elimination industry, the characteristics of the industry are also studied and analyzed, combined with the problems faced by the current project implementation of C Company. Several key problems in IT project implementation in fast elimination industry and how to solve these problems are put forward. By studying the process of project scope management and analyzing the actual case data of some IT projects in C Company, this paper puts forward a set of IT project scope management process suitable for C Company. Finally, this set of scope management process, carried on the practice in the C company's CRM project implementation, has carried on the analysis to the entire case, and has summarized some existing problems and the work which needs to be completed further. After the application of the whole scope management process in C Company, it improves the management level and the implementation efficiency of IT project, and has certain reference value for the implementation of IT project scope management in the fast elimination industry project.
