【摘要】：正蒙西電網(wǎng)區(qū)域內(nèi)建有大型煤電基地和風(fēng)電基地,受地方經(jīng)濟(jì)和外送通道限制,電力送出問題多年來一直是內(nèi)蒙電力發(fā)展的瓶頸。京隆發(fā)電公司投產(chǎn)以來,一直并入蒙西電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行,受客觀環(huán)境制約,電價偏低,輸出受限,面臨煤源不足,入廠煤價格偏高的不利局面。因此,探索、研究一種創(chuàng)新型管理模式和現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)管理體系,引領(lǐng)企業(yè)扭虧盈利成為京隆發(fā)電公
[Abstract]:There are large coal and wind power bases in the area of Zhengmenxi power grid. Due to the restriction of local economy and outgoing transmission channels, the power supply problem has been the bottleneck of Inner Mongolia power development for many years. Since Jinglong Power Plant was put into operation, it has been incorporated into Mengxi Power Grid, which is restricted by objective environment, low electricity price, limited output, and is faced with the disadvantage of insufficient coal source and high coal price.
