【摘要】:隨著傳統(tǒng)能源的萎縮和生態(tài)環(huán)境的惡化,太陽能作為環(huán)保、安全、清潔能源,無疑成為一種理想的新型能源。隨之便催演出太陽能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殡娔艿募夹g(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)——光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)。但現(xiàn)在我國光伏行業(yè)出現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)能過剩,市場混亂等現(xiàn)象,尤其歐美“雙反政策”給我國光伏市場帶來的沉痛打擊。而高效單晶硅項目的提出,將會很好地打破這一僵局,使我國光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)走出困境,迎來新的春天。本項目的研究和分析是以光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)市場為主線,利用文獻研究法、調(diào)查法、觀察法、定性分析法等研究方法。查閱了大量文獻,全面地總結(jié)和分析前人在高效單晶硅項目方面的研究成果,為本文鋪墊大量的理論基礎(chǔ);調(diào)查和收集了有關(guān)高效單晶硅項目的研究報告和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),為本文提供正確地數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù);利用SWOT分析法和PEST分析法充分闡述了項目的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、威脅、機會和微觀行業(yè)環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀;同時根據(jù)A公司的現(xiàn)金流量估算該項目的投資回收期、投資凈現(xiàn)值和內(nèi)部收益率,科學地評估該項目的可行性。在項目風險分析中分別對該項目進行了盈虧平衡分析和敏感性分析,科學把握該項目的所存在的風險概率和大小,并在最大程度上進行防范。根據(jù)本項目上述研究和分析方法,基于項目計劃運營10年,依據(jù)CAPM計算的貼現(xiàn)率為14.9%;依據(jù)現(xiàn)金流計算出本項目動態(tài)回收期為3.3年,少于原估計的5年;依據(jù)“確定當量法”計算出凈現(xiàn)值為8156.77萬元,遠大于零,投資方案可行;依據(jù)EXCEL工具得出內(nèi)部收益率為31.4%,大于投資者要求的收益率14.9%,該項目效益好。本項目的推出,正值全球光伏行業(yè)的“寒冬”期,它的推廣和應用能及時地、正確地調(diào)整光伏行業(yè)的整體布局,使光伏行業(yè)規(guī)范的、健康的發(fā)展;也可以快速提升國內(nèi)光伏行業(yè)在全球市場中的整體競爭力。反映了我國光伏行業(yè)走出瓶頸和完善光伏發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the decline of traditional energy and the deterioration of ecological environment, solar energy, as an environmental protection, safe and clean energy, has undoubtedly become an ideal new type of energy. As a result, the performance of solar energy into electricity technology industry-the photovoltaic industry. But now the photovoltaic industry of our country has appeared the phenomenon such as overcapacity, market chaos and so on, especially the European and American "double counter policy" to our country photovoltaic market brings the deep blow. The proposal of high efficiency monocrystalline silicon project will break the deadlock and make the photovoltaic industry of our country get out of the predicament and usher in a new spring. The research and analysis of this project take photovoltaic industry market as the main line, using literature research method, investigation method, observation method, qualitative analysis method and other research methods. We have reviewed a lot of literature, summarized and analyzed the previous research results in the high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon project, laid a large number of theoretical foundation for this paper, investigated and collected the research report and related data of the high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon project, Provide the correct data basis for this paper, use SWOT analysis method and PEST analysis method to fully explain the advantages, disadvantages, threats, opportunities and micro-industry environment of the project. At the same time, according to the cash flow of company A, the investment payback period, net present value and internal rate of return of the project are estimated, and the feasibility of the project is evaluated scientifically. In the risk analysis of the project, the break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis of the project are carried out respectively, and the probability and magnitude of the risk of the project are scientifically grasped, and the prevention is carried out to the greatest extent. According to the above research and analysis method of the project, the discount rate calculated according to CAPM for 10 years based on the project plan, the dynamic payback period of the project calculated according to cash flow is 3.3 years, which is less than the original estimated 5 years. The net present value is 81.5677 million yuan, far greater than zero, and the investment scheme is feasible. According to the EXCEL tool, the internal rate of return is 31.4, which is greater than the rate of 14. 9 required by investors, and the project has good benefit. The introduction of this project, when the global photovoltaic industry "winter" period, its promotion and application can timely and correctly adjust the overall layout of the photovoltaic industry, so that the photovoltaic industry standard, healthy development; Also can quickly enhance the domestic photovoltaic industry in the global market overall competitiveness. It reflects the important embodiment of the photovoltaic industry out of the bottleneck and the improvement of photovoltaic development strategy.
