【摘要】：造紙業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,我國(guó)已成為當(dāng)前世界上第二大紙品消費(fèi)國(guó)。隨著造紙行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇,國(guó)內(nèi)造紙企業(yè)應(yīng)如何應(yīng)對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)并在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中不斷發(fā)展壯大是一個(gè)很有意義的研究命題。而本文對(duì)于玖龍紙業(yè)集團(tuán)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略研究兼具理論和應(yīng)用兩方面的重要意義。在具體的研究中,本文懫用理論分析和案例分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,先對(duì)玖龍紙業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,指出玖龍紙業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,明確競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略對(duì)玖龍紙業(yè)集團(tuán)的必要性。隨后論文運(yùn)用PEST模型宏觀地分析了玖龍紙業(yè)集團(tuán)的外部環(huán)境,同時(shí)運(yùn)用五種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力模型對(duì)造紙行業(yè)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)分析。接著對(duì)玖龍紙業(yè)集團(tuán)的內(nèi)部資源和能力進(jìn)行了描述和概括,并總結(jié)了玖龍紙業(yè)的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)及外部的機(jī)遇與威脅,從而對(duì)其內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行SWOT分析。通過(guò)對(duì)各種戰(zhàn)略分析對(duì)比后提出玖龍紙業(yè)集團(tuán)應(yīng)采用WO發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,同時(shí)可結(jié)合SO、ST發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為支持,發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì),回避威脅。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)分析愿景、使命及總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),明確玖龍紙業(yè)集團(tuán)應(yīng)實(shí)施低成本與差異化相結(jié)合的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。論文最后提出了具體的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方案,即玖龍紙業(yè)集團(tuán)應(yīng)該采用提高生產(chǎn)管理質(zhì)量、提升財(cái)務(wù)管理水平及增強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新能力。
[Abstract]:The paper industry has become an important part of the development of our national economy, and our country has become the second largest consumer of paper products in the world. With the increasing competition in the papermaking industry, it is a meaningful research proposition how to deal with the competition and how to develop and expand in the competition. This paper has both theoretical and practical significance for the study of competition strategy of Nine Dragons Paper Group. In the specific research, this paper analyzes the current situation of Nine Dragons Paper Group by combining theoretical analysis with case analysis, and points out the problems existing in the development process of Nine Dragons Paper Group. Clear competition strategy on the necessity of Nine Dragons Paper Group. Then the paper analyzes the external environment of Nine Dragons Paper Group macroscopically by using PEST model, and analyzes the industrial structure of paper industry by using five competitiveness models. Then it describes and generalizes the internal resources and capabilities of Nine Dragons Paper Group and summarizes the internal strengths and weaknesses as well as the external opportunities and threats of Nine Dragons Paper Group. The internal and external environment of Nine Dragons Paper Group is analyzed by SWOT. Through the analysis and comparison of various strategies, the paper puts forward that Nine Dragons Paper Group should adopt WO development strategy, at the same time, it can combine the development strategy of Sost as the support, give play to its advantages and avoid the threat. On this basis, through the analysis of vision, mission and overall strategic objectives, it is clear that Nine Dragons Paper Group should implement the competitive strategy of combining low cost and differentiation. Finally, the paper puts forward the specific strategy implementation plan, that is, Nine Dragons Paper Group should adopt to improve the quality of production management, improve the level of financial management and enhance the ability of independent innovation.
