【摘要】：在空間經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中,流通成本與制造業(yè)空間集聚是學(xué)界熱門議題,一系列與區(qū)域貿(mào)易和政府決策相關(guān)的關(guān)系成為流通理論關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。現(xiàn)有理論或?qū)嵶C研究從微觀角度分析流通經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象,為考察流通產(chǎn)業(yè)提供了微觀建模思想。基于國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),融合雙邊市場理論和中心—外圍模型,利用1996—2014年數(shù)據(jù),通過模擬法分析流通成本變動影響制造業(yè)空間集聚的機(jī)制,基于面板回歸和空間計(jì)量方法進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),我國省域間流通成本差距正在不斷拉大,流通成本指數(shù)和空間溢出指標(biāo)在控制了物價(jià)變量與運(yùn)輸條件變量后對地區(qū)制造業(yè)集聚仍然保持正影響,地區(qū)流通成本與工業(yè)集聚水平為倒U型關(guān)系。這充分說明,貿(mào)易環(huán)境與地方政府關(guān)系密切,在產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級過程中,考慮到我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的差異性,加之產(chǎn)業(yè)再分工、貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義等因素影響,嚴(yán)重阻礙了市場一體化進(jìn)程。因此,經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)背景下,為更好地改善地區(qū)投資環(huán)境,充分發(fā)揮流通服務(wù)業(yè)對制造業(yè)發(fā)展的推動作用,增加流通服務(wù)業(yè)投資,促進(jìn)流通服務(wù)業(yè)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,一要政府轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,提高對流通服務(wù)業(yè)的重視程度;二要提高流通服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平,促進(jìn)制造業(yè)發(fā)展;三要制定合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策,調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu);四要引導(dǎo)與促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)間融合,提高流通業(yè)與制造業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展程度。
[Abstract]:In spatial economics, circulation cost and manufacturing spatial agglomeration are hot topics in academic circles. A series of relations related to regional trade and government decision-making have become the focus of attention in circulation theory. The existing theoretical or empirical research analyzes the phenomenon of circulation economy from the micro point of view, which provides the microscopic modeling idea for the investigation of circulation industry. Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad, combining the bilateral market theory and the center-periphery model, using the data from 1996 to 2014, the paper analyzes the mechanism of the effect of the change of circulation cost on the spatial agglomeration of manufacturing industry by simulation method. Based on panel regression and spatial measurement methods, we find that the gap of circulation cost between provinces is widening. The index of circulation cost and the index of spatial spillover still have a positive effect on the regional manufacturing agglomeration after controlling the price variable and the transport condition variable. The regional circulation cost and the industrial agglomeration level are inversely U-shaped. This fully shows that the trade environment is closely related to local governments. In the process of industrial transformation and upgrading, we have taken into account the differences in regional economic development in China, as well as the industrial re-division of labor, trade protectionism and other factors. Seriously hindered the process of market integration. Therefore, in order to better improve the regional investment environment, give full play to the role of circulation services in promoting the development of manufacturing, increase investment in circulation services, and promote the sustained and stable development of circulation services, in the context of the new normal economy, First, the government should change its concept and pay more attention to the circulation service industry; second, it should raise the level of development of the circulation service industry and promote the development of the manufacturing industry; third, it should formulate reasonable industrial policies to adjust the industrial structure; and fourth, it should guide and promote the integration of industries. Improve the degree of coordinated development of circulation and manufacturing industries.
