【摘要】：正近年來,為推動大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新,全國各地改造新建了大量小微集聚園(包括小微工業(yè)園、電商園、創(chuàng)新孵化園等)。其特征是"多小快",入駐企業(yè)數(shù)量多、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模小、負(fù)荷需求變化快。采取傳統(tǒng)大工業(yè)園供電模式,即由供電企業(yè)向園區(qū)供電、園區(qū)再向入園企業(yè)供電,將造成電力供需脫節(jié)、企業(yè)成本增加等問題;同時,在電力體制改革售電市場放開的形勢下,存在電力客戶流失風(fēng)險。本文提出一種適用于小微集聚園的新型供電模式,實現(xiàn)了按需定制、靈活計量、直供到戶和增供擴銷,既有效解
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation, a large number of small micro-agglomeration parks (including small micro-industrial park, e-business park, innovation incubator park, etc.) have been rebuilt and built all over the country. Its characteristic is "how small fast", enters the enterprise quantity many, the production scale is small, the load demand changes quickly. Adopting the traditional power supply mode of large industrial park, that is, supplying power to the park by the power supply enterprises and supplying electricity to the enterprises entering the park again, will lead to the disconnection between the supply and demand of electricity, the increase of the cost of the enterprises, and so on; at the same time, under the situation of opening up the electricity market in the reform of the power system, There is a risk of electricity customer churn. In this paper, a new power supply mode is proposed, which is suitable for small and micro agglomeration parks. It can be customized on demand, be measured flexibly, be directly supplied to households and increase power supply and expand sales. It is an effective solution to this problem.
