【摘要】：企業(yè)標準化是企業(yè)管理的重要組成部分和技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),在企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、管理等活動中具有十分重要的作用,是企業(yè)管理現(xiàn)代化的重要標志,是企業(yè)塑造自己形象、走向市場、提高自身綜合競爭力的重要保證。國網(wǎng)寧波供電公司為全面推進公司“三集五大”體系建設(shè),保障新體系高效運轉(zhuǎn),立足于保障公司管理模式的規(guī)范轉(zhuǎn)變,以抓組織、強管理、細考核為手段,結(jié)合公司實際情況,建立了一套上下貫通、覆蓋全面、內(nèi)容精要、落實到位、動態(tài)完善的新型制度標準體系,并結(jié)合公司的“五位一體”系統(tǒng)工作機制建設(shè),加強制度標準在基層的落地執(zhí)行,使公司運營和管理模式發(fā)生了較大的改變,工作流程愈加優(yōu)化,公司的管理效率進一步提升。本論文主要包括以下研究內(nèi)容：一是結(jié)合分析國內(nèi)外標準化現(xiàn)狀以及電力行業(yè)企業(yè)標準化體系管理現(xiàn)狀,闡述本論文的研究背景和意思,提出本論文研究的內(nèi)容和文章總體框架。二是通過對企業(yè)制度標準體系基本概念、研究方法等進行分析,為制度標準體系的設(shè)計奠定基礎(chǔ)。對制度標準等基本概念的梳理和分析,為制度標準體系的設(shè)計奠定基礎(chǔ)。三是研究供電公司如何通過建立一套上下貫通、覆蓋全面、內(nèi)容精要、落實到位、動態(tài)完善的新型制度標準體系,來不斷鞏固公司全體員工的共同價值理念和行為基礎(chǔ),依靠制度提升執(zhí)行力；四是隨著寧波供電公司一體化管理模式的逐步推進,在頂層設(shè)計的制度標準體系框架下,推進“五位一體”協(xié)同工作機制建設(shè),加強制度標準在基層的落地執(zhí)行,使寧波供電公司運營和管理模式發(fā)生了較大的改變,工作流程愈加優(yōu)化,管理效率進一步提升。五是通過對寧波供電公司制度標準體系實施案例分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)制度標準體系在基層實施過程中存在的問題,并進行深入地剖析,提出切實可行的解決對策,積極探索了休系建設(shè)和應(yīng)用的創(chuàng)新做法和思路,對其他供電企業(yè)制度標準體系的建設(shè)具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Enterprise standardization is an important part and technical basis of enterprise management. It plays a very important role in the production, management, management and other activities of the enterprise. It is an important symbol of the modernization of enterprise management, and it is also the image of the enterprise. To the market, improve their comprehensive competitiveness of an important guarantee. In order to comprehensively promote the construction of the company's "three sets and five major" systems, to ensure the efficient operation of the new system, to base itself on the normative transformation of the company's management mode, and to grasp the means of organizing, strengthening management, and detailed examination, In combination with the actual situation of the company, a new system standard system has been set up, which is connected with the company's "five in one" system and has comprehensive coverage, precise content, put into place and dynamic improvement, as well as the construction of the working mechanism of the company's "five-in-one" system. To strengthen the implementation of system standards at the grass-roots level, the operation and management mode of the company has changed greatly, the work flow has been more optimized, and the management efficiency of the company has been further improved. This paper mainly includes the following research contents: first, the research background and meaning of this paper are expounded by analyzing the current situation of standardization at home and abroad and the current situation of standardization system management of electric power industry enterprises. Put forward the content of this paper and the overall framework of the article. Second, through the analysis of the basic concepts and research methods of the enterprise system standard system, it lays a foundation for the design of the system standard system. Combing and analyzing the basic concepts such as system standard lays a foundation for the design of system standard system. The third is to study how to establish a new system standard system, which is connected from top to bottom, covers all aspects, has the essence of content, is put in place, and is dynamically perfect, so as to continuously consolidate the common value concept and behavioral basis of all employees of the company. Fourth, with the gradual advancement of the integrated management model of Ningbo Power supply Company, and under the framework of the system standard system designed at the top level, we will promote the construction of the "five-in-one" cooperative working mechanism. To strengthen the implementation of system standards at the grass-roots level, the operation and management mode of Ningbo Power supply Company has been greatly changed, the workflow has been more optimized, and the management efficiency has been further improved. Fifthly, through the case analysis of the implementation of the system standard system of Ningbo Power supply Company, we find the problems existing in the implementation process of the system standard system at the grass-roots level, and carry out in-depth analysis, and put forward practical and feasible solutions. This paper actively explores the innovative methods and ideas of the construction and application of the system, which has certain reference value for the construction of the system standard system of other power supply enterprises.
