【摘要】：提出了工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)生態(tài)化的概念,并測(cè)度和比較了福建、江西、寧夏三省份的工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)生態(tài)化水平。首先,構(gòu)建了測(cè)度省域工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)生態(tài)化水平的指標(biāo)體系——工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)生態(tài)效率,該指標(biāo)分為三級(jí)子指標(biāo),組成因子兼顧了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、能源節(jié)約與環(huán)境保護(hù)目標(biāo)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以我國(guó)東部、中部、西部具有較好代表性的福建、江西、寧夏2006~2012年數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,分別測(cè)度了三省份的工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)生態(tài)化水平,并橫向比較了三省份工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)生態(tài)化演進(jìn)中的異同。結(jié)果表明,福建、江西、寧夏的工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)生態(tài)化程度整體上差異較大,各省工業(yè)行業(yè)之間的生態(tài)效率也各不相同。我國(guó)東部、中部、西部工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)型面臨著不同的國(guó)情與任務(wù),應(yīng)當(dāng)從擴(kuò)大清潔能源使用規(guī)模、改變廢棄物排放與利用模式、促進(jìn)高生態(tài)效率行業(yè)的發(fā)展等方面推動(dòng)工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)生態(tài)化的進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward the concept of ecological industrial structure, and measures and compares the ecological level of industrial structure in three provinces of Fujian, Jiangxi and Ningxia. First of all, the index system of measuring the ecological level of industrial structure in the province is constructed. The index is divided into three sub-indexes, which take into account the objectives of economic growth, energy conservation and environmental protection. On this basis, taking the data of Fujian, Jiangxi and Ningxia, which are better representative in the east, middle and west of China, from 2006 to 2012, the paper analyzes the ecological level of industrial structure in three provinces, respectively. The similarities and differences in the ecological evolution of industrial structure in the three provinces are compared horizontally. The results show that the ecological degree of industrial structure in Fujian, Jiangxi and Ningxia is different as a whole, and the ecological efficiency is different among the industrial industries in each province. The ecological transformation of industrial structure in eastern, central and western China is faced with different national conditions and tasks. We should expand the scale of clean energy use and change the mode of waste discharge and utilization. Promote the development of high ecological efficiency industry and other aspects to promote the ecological process of industrial structure.
