【摘要】：本文認(rèn)為,發(fā)揮國(guó)家主導(dǎo)作用是軍民融合的重要保證,在軍民融合發(fā)展尚處于初步融合向深度融合的過(guò)渡期,發(fā)揮國(guó)家主導(dǎo)作用既重要又緊迫。作者在分析當(dāng)前軍民融合深度發(fā)展面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)矛盾和問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了解決這些矛盾和問(wèn)題的方法路徑。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that giving full play to the leading role of the state is an important guarantee of civil-military integration, and it is important and urgent for the development of civil-military integration to be in the transition period from initial integration to deep integration. On the basis of analyzing the realistic contradictions and problems facing the deep development of military and civil integration, the author puts forward the ways to solve these contradictions and problems.
