LC公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展中具有非常重要的戰(zhàn)略地位。當(dāng)前,集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展已經(jīng)上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略。面對(duì)這一發(fā)展機(jī)遇,LC公司如何選擇自己的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)于公司未來(lái)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展意義重大。本文首先對(duì)LC公司進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要介紹,對(duì)公司面臨的政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)文化環(huán)境和科技環(huán)境進(jìn)行PEST分析。當(dāng)前中國(guó)集成電路行業(yè)面臨著很難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,集成電路行業(yè)發(fā)展已經(jīng)上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,國(guó)家成立了發(fā)展基金促進(jìn)行業(yè)發(fā)展,并設(shè)立國(guó)家層面的集成電路發(fā)展領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組。當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展處于轉(zhuǎn)型期,傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)的信息化改造、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+戰(zhàn)略等都將為集成電路行業(yè)提供巨大的市場(chǎng)和發(fā)展空間,未來(lái)科技發(fā)展在國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略中占有更加重要的地位,創(chuàng)新成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新引擎,集成電路行業(yè)有更多的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)。接著對(duì)LC公司所處的行業(yè)情況進(jìn)行分析,詳細(xì)分析了行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況、市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)、手機(jī)廠商競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況、市場(chǎng)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的需求、芯片競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)分析、技術(shù)發(fā)展分析、產(chǎn)品價(jià)格分析、市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)分析等;采用“五力模型”和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)矩陣對(duì)LC公司的行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),通過對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)的量化評(píng)價(jià),明確公司狀況,為戰(zhàn)略制定提供依據(jù)。然后對(duì)LC公司的內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行了分析,詳細(xì)分析了公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,財(cái)務(wù)狀況,管理水平,人力資源、技術(shù)能力等方面。最后采用SWOT分析,對(duì)公司面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,選擇SO戰(zhàn)略作為后續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。根據(jù)SWOT分析的結(jié)果,對(duì)當(dāng)前的戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行調(diào)整,提出了新的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,確定了總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)、戰(zhàn)略階段劃分,詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略、人才戰(zhàn)略、技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略、市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略。最后論述了實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略的保障措施,從管理、投融資、用人、企業(yè)文化等方面詳細(xì)討論了戰(zhàn)略保障措施。
[Abstract]:Integrated circuit industry has a very important strategic position in economic and social development. At present, the development of integrated circuit industry has risen to national strategy. Facing this development opportunity, how to choose its own development strategy is of great significance to the company's sustainable development in the future. In this paper, LC company is introduced briefly, and the political environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment and scientific and technological environment are analyzed by PEST. At present, China's integrated circuit industry is faced with a rare opportunity for development. The development of integrated circuit industry has become a national strategy. The state has set up a development fund to promote the development of the industry and set up a leading group for the development of integrated circuits at the national level. The current economic development is in the transition period, the traditional industry information transformation, the Internet strategy and so on will provide the huge market and the development space for the integrated circuit industry, the future science and technology development occupies the more important position in the national strategy. Innovation has become a new engine of economic development, and the IC industry has more opportunities for development. Then the industry situation of LC company is analyzed in detail, including industry competition, market trend, mobile phone manufacturer competition, market demand for products, chip competition situation analysis, technology development analysis, product price analysis. The market opportunity analysis and so on; the "five forces model" and the competition situation matrix are used to evaluate the industry competition environment of LC company, through the quantitative evaluation of the competition situation, the condition of the company is clear, which provides the basis for the strategy formulation. Then the internal conditions of LC company are analyzed, and the operating condition, financial condition, management level, human resource, technical ability and so on are analyzed in detail. Finally, SWOT analysis is adopted to summarize and analyze the opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses faced by the company, and so strategy is chosen as the follow-up development strategy. According to the results of SWOT analysis, this paper adjusts the current strategy, puts forward a new development strategy, determines the overall strategic objectives and strategic emphases, divides the strategic stages, and explains in detail the competitive strategy, product strategy, talent strategy, technology strategy. Market strategy Finally, this paper discusses the safeguard measures of implementing strategy, including management, investment and financing, employment, corporate culture and so on.
