精益生產(chǎn)管理在C公司E產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:精益生產(chǎn)管理,是一種以客戶需求為拉動(dòng),以消滅浪費(fèi)和不斷改善為核心,使企業(yè)以少的投入獲取成本和運(yùn)作效益顯著改善的一種全新的生產(chǎn)管理模式。它的特點(diǎn)是強(qiáng)調(diào)客戶對(duì)時(shí)間和價(jià)值的要求,以科學(xué)合理的制造體系來(lái)組織為客戶帶來(lái)增值的生產(chǎn)活動(dòng),縮短生產(chǎn)周期,從而顯著提高企業(yè)適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的能力。精益生產(chǎn)的核心是追求消除一切浪費(fèi),以客戶拉動(dòng)的方式組織企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng),形成一個(gè)對(duì)市場(chǎng)變化快速反應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理體系。其終極目標(biāo)是盡善盡美,永無(wú)止境,通過(guò)持續(xù)不斷改進(jìn)達(dá)到降低成本、提高質(zhì)量、縮短交貨期,增強(qiáng)靈活性等手段提升光伏太陽(yáng)能企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。作為光伏太陽(yáng)能組件產(chǎn)品,其特點(diǎn)是成本低和交貨期短,本案例對(duì)C企業(yè)E產(chǎn)品從生產(chǎn)流程優(yōu)化、降低在制品庫(kù)存和精益生產(chǎn)布局優(yōu)化三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究分析,通過(guò)不斷試驗(yàn)和改進(jìn),取得了許多成就。比如降低了百分之五十以上的在制品庫(kù)存,產(chǎn)能提升了百分之五十,生產(chǎn)周期縮短了百分之六十。給光伏太陽(yáng)能企業(yè)導(dǎo)入精益生產(chǎn)管理做了一個(gè)很好的榜樣。
[Abstract]:Lean production management is a new mode of production management, which takes customer demand as a pull, eliminates waste and improves continuously, and makes enterprises obtain cost and operation benefit with less input. Its characteristic is to emphasize the customer's demand for time and value, to organize the production activities which bring value added to the customer with scientific and reasonable manufacturing system, to shorten the production cycle, and to improve the ability of the enterprise to adapt to the market. The core of lean production is to eliminate all waste, to organize the production and management activities of enterprises in a customer-driven way, and to form a production and management system that can react quickly to market changes. Its ultimate goal is perfect, endless, through continuous improvement to reduce costs, improve quality, shorten delivery time, enhance flexibility and other means to enhance the core competitive advantage of photovoltaic solar enterprises. As a photovoltaic solar module product, it is characterized by low cost and short delivery time. This case studies and analyzes E products in C enterprise from three aspects: optimization of production process, reduction of in-process inventory and optimization of lean production layout. Through continuous experiment and improvement, many achievements have been made. For example, the reduction of more than 50% of in-process inventory, production capacity increased by 50%, production cycle shortened by 60%. To photovoltaic solar energy enterprises to introduce lean production management to do a good example.
