電網(wǎng)公司運維人員EAP體系研究

【摘要】:本文通過查閱大量文獻資料,在對EAP (Employee Assistance Program,員工幫助計劃)理論進行研究性整理的基礎(chǔ)上,將應(yīng)用心理學(xué)運用到組織行為的管理工作當(dāng)中,在學(xué)習(xí)電力行業(yè)生產(chǎn)法規(guī)及各項工作規(guī)程制度的前提下,深入電網(wǎng)企業(yè)檢修公司生產(chǎn)場所了解生產(chǎn)工作環(huán)境和流程,結(jié)合企業(yè)文化和電力生產(chǎn)特殊性首次提出電網(wǎng)企業(yè)檢修公司運維人員群體心理健康水平管理體系的理論。同時,在此理論基礎(chǔ)上對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)某檢修公司高層進行訪談,結(jié)合企業(yè)近、遠期發(fā)展策略,制定EAP體系的組織目標(biāo)。以該檢修公司運維人員群體為研究對象,運用問卷調(diào)查的方法進行員工心理體檢,運用工作現(xiàn)場訪談的方式進行調(diào)研,調(diào)查分析了該檢修公司運維人員群體工作生活現(xiàn)實狀況、壓力狀況、壓力管理狀況、心理健康水平狀況,以及對EAP的需求狀況,確定EAP服務(wù)目標(biāo)、組織實施策略和管理建議。將EAP的科學(xué)方法與電網(wǎng)企業(yè)檢修公司現(xiàn)實狀況、企業(yè)文化、企業(yè)策略相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建出以員工心理檔案、“心通道”24小時心理熱線、針對性的咨詢、多角度立體式的心理健康、培訓(xùn)體系、豐富有益的社會活動、設(shè)立危機干預(yù)機制、建設(shè)馨心電子平臺、構(gòu)建企業(yè)幸福力等為內(nèi)容的、提供持續(xù)跟蹤服務(wù)的、適用于電網(wǎng)企業(yè)檢修公司的電網(wǎng)企業(yè)檢修公司運維人員群體心理健康水平管理體系。該EAP體系在應(yīng)用的過程中,以改善企業(yè)員工心境、增強員工幸福力,提升員工整體心理健康水平、和諧員工工作氛圍為途徑,起到改善員工與組織的關(guān)系、豐富企業(yè)文化、構(gòu)建企業(yè)幸福力的作用,達到了助力于企業(yè)發(fā)展、提高企業(yè)軟實力的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of researching the theory of EAP employee Assistance Program (employee help Program), this paper applies applied psychology to the management of organizational behavior. On the premise of studying the production laws and regulations of the electric power industry and the various working rules and regulations, we should go deep into the production sites of power grid enterprises to examine and repair the company's production environment and process, Combined with the particularity of enterprise culture and electric power production, the theory of mental health level management system of operation and maintenance personnel of power grid enterprise maintenance company is put forward for the first time. At the same time, on the basis of this theory, an interview is made on the senior management of a maintenance company in power grid enterprises, and the organizational goals of EAP system are formulated in combination with the development strategies of the enterprises in the near and long term. Taking the operation and maintenance staff group of the maintenance and repair company as the research object, using the method of questionnaire to carry on the psychological examination of the staff, using the method of the job scene interview to carry on the investigation and investigation, investigating and analyzing the actual working and living condition of the operation and maintenance personnel group of the maintenance company. Stress status, stress management status, mental health status, and demand for EAP, define EAP service objectives, organize implementation strategies and management recommendations. By combining the scientific method of EAP with the reality, culture and strategy of the power grid company, the psychological files of employees, the "heart channel" 24-hour psychological hotline, the targeted consultation, and the multi-angle and three-dimensional mental health are constructed. Training system, rich and beneficial social activities, establishment of crisis intervention mechanism, construction of Xinxin electronic platform, construction of enterprise happiness, etc., providing continuous tracking services. It is suitable for the mental health management system of the operation and maintenance personnel of the power grid enterprise maintenance company. In the process of application, the EAP system can improve the employees' mood, enhance their happiness, improve their overall mental health, and harmonize the working atmosphere of their employees. It can improve the relationship between employees and organizations and enrich the corporate culture. The function of constructing enterprise's happiness power has reached the goal of helping enterprise's development and improving enterprise's soft power.
