【摘要】：進(jìn)人21世紀(jì),在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下,企業(yè)間競爭更加激烈,質(zhì)量管理的水平是決定企業(yè)競爭力的一個關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。著名質(zhì)量管理大師約瑟夫·朱蘭(Joseph M·Juran)博士認(rèn)為“過去的二十世紀(jì)是生產(chǎn)率的世紀(jì),二十一世紀(jì)是質(zhì)量的世紀(jì)”。如今,能源危機(jī)日益嚴(yán)重、環(huán)境問題日趨嚴(yán)重,大力發(fā)展新能源迫在眉睫,太陽能因其取之不盡用之不竭,同時不產(chǎn)生任何的環(huán)境污染的優(yōu)點(diǎn)受到人們廣泛的關(guān)注。目前,世界各國都先后制定了大規(guī)模的國家光伏發(fā)展計劃,因此也推動光伏材料的不斷發(fā)展。我國是能源消耗大國,發(fā)展新能源代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)石化能源改善環(huán)境更是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。隨著技術(shù)的不斷創(chuàng)新我國太陽能光伏材料,特別是太陽能級硅材料近年來有了長足發(fā)展,但由于在一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)方面依然受制于發(fā)達(dá)國家,因此我國的光伏材料企業(yè)的市場競爭力依然處于劣勢地位,屬于勞動密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)。在此背景下,想要提高企業(yè)的市場競爭力,不僅要創(chuàng)新技術(shù),更要重視企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理,從而改善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量與性能,降低成本。因此研究光伏材料生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理,對于提高光伏材料企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理水平具有重要的借鑒意義。本文以寧夏GF公司為研究對象,運(yùn)用質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)方法對該企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,提出其存在的主要問題,以質(zhì)量管理的理論為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合公司實際重點(diǎn)從質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、質(zhì)量策劃、質(zhì)量控制和質(zhì)量保證等方面提出改進(jìn)對策,以達(dá)到幫助企業(yè)改善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,提高企業(yè)管理水平,促進(jìn)企業(yè)良好發(fā)展的目的。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, under the background of economic globalization, the competition among enterprises is more intense. The level of quality management is a key index to determine the competitiveness of enterprises. Dr. Joseph M. Juran, a famous master of quality management, believes that "the past twentieth century was the century of productivity and the 21 century was the century of quality". Nowadays, the energy crisis is becoming more and more serious, the environmental problem is becoming more and more serious, it is urgent to develop new energy vigorously. Solar energy is paid more and more attention because of its inexhaustible and no environmental pollution at the same time. At present, countries all over the world have drawn up large-scale national photovoltaic development plans, so they also promote the continuous development of photovoltaic materials. China is a big energy consuming country. It is urgent to develop new energy instead of traditional petrochemical energy to improve environment. With the continuous innovation of technology in China, solar photovoltaic materials, especially solar silicon materials, have made great progress in recent years, but due to some key technologies are still restricted by the developed countries. Therefore, the market competitiveness of photovoltaic materials enterprises in China is still in a disadvantaged position, belonging to labor-intensive industries. In this context, in order to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises, we should not only innovate technology, but also attach importance to enterprise quality management, so as to improve the quality and performance of products and reduce costs. Therefore, the research on the quality management of photovoltaic material production enterprises is of great significance for improving the quality management level of photovoltaic materials enterprises. This article takes Ningxia GF Company as the research object, uses the quality management related method to carry on the analysis to this enterprise quality management system present situation, proposes its existence main question, with the quality management theory as the instruction, In order to help the enterprise improve the product quality, improve the management level and promote the good development of the enterprise, the author puts forward the improvement countermeasures from the aspects of quality goal, quality planning, quality control and quality assurance.
