【摘要】:CH公司是一戶以鉛鋅產(chǎn)業(yè)為主,綜合回收金、銀、銅、鍺、鎘、鉍、銻、硫等有價資源,主要業(yè)務(wù)有地質(zhì)勘探、采礦、選礦、冶金、化工、深加工、貿(mào)易和科研等,2004年成為中國證券市場A股上市公司,在循環(huán)經(jīng)濟、綠色經(jīng)濟等領(lǐng)域是中國鉛鋅行業(yè)的代表。CH公司前身成立于1951年,是中國“一五”計劃中156個重點項目之一,經(jīng)過60多年的傳承和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,CH公司始終專注于鉛鋅采選冶一體化發(fā)展,現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成為地跨五國五省三區(qū)兩市擁有37家分子公司的集團化企業(yè)?梢哉f,CH公司的發(fā)展歷程,是我國鉛鋅產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的濃厚縮影。研究CH公司發(fā)展歷史,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)我國鉛鋅產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律,客觀提出新常態(tài)下鉛鋅行業(yè)發(fā)展方向建議是本文研究的主要方向。本文從CH公司7個不同歷史階段入手,依托企業(yè)生命周期理論、資源能力理論等理論工具,對CH公司發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境和我國鉛鋅行業(yè)發(fā)展背景進行回顧分析,系統(tǒng)研究CH公司的成長影響因素及其基本規(guī)律,以便更好地指導CH公司的發(fā)展實踐、積極謀劃更具市場產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。同時,也為我國鉛鋅企業(yè)發(fā)展提供一定參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Ch company is a lead-zinc industry, comprehensive recovery of gold, silver, copper, germanium, cadmium, bismuth, antimony, sulfur and other valuable resources, the main business is geological exploration, mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, chemical industry, deep processing, Trade and scientific research, in 2004, became A share listed company in China's securities market. In the fields of circular economy, green economy and other fields, Ch Company, the predecessor of lead and zinc industry in China, was founded in 1951. It is one of the 156 key projects in the "first five year Plan" of China. After more than 60 years of inheritance and innovative development, the company has always focused on the development of lead-zinc mining, dressing and metallurgy integration, and has now developed into a group enterprise with 37 sub-subsidiaries across five countries, five provinces, three regions, two cities. It can be said that the development of Ch Company is a strong epitome of the development of lead and zinc industry in China. The main research direction of this paper is to study the development history of Ch Company, systematically summarize the development law of lead and zinc industry in China, and objectively put forward some suggestions for the development direction of lead and zinc industry under the new normal state. Starting with seven different historical stages of Ch Company and relying on the theory of enterprise life cycle theory and resource capability theory, this paper makes a retrospective analysis of the external environment of Ch Company's development and the background of the development of lead and zinc industry in China. In order to guide the development practice of Ch Company and actively plan the development strategy of more competitive market industry, this paper systematically studies the influencing factors and its basic law of Ch Company's growth. At the same time, it also provides some reference for the development of lead-zinc enterprises in China.
