【摘要】：當(dāng)前國際環(huán)境,隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化、經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的快速發(fā)展,國家層面的競爭更多的表現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展水平上,然而產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展水平一方面是整個產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的產(chǎn)出水平,另一方面是集群內(nèi)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)出水平。大多數(shù)的發(fā)達(dá)國家憑借產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的集群式發(fā)展模式成功地實現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)和國家競爭力的快速崛起,如今許多發(fā)展中國家開始向發(fā)達(dá)國家學(xué)習(xí),借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家寶貴的成功經(jīng)驗,試圖通過產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的集群發(fā)展模式來實現(xiàn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展。同樣,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群也已成為我國各地的主要經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點,截至2014年底,我國初具規(guī)模的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群數(shù)量接近3000個,珠三角、長三角、膠東半島等東部地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群較為成熟,吸引大量外資聚集。全國其他各地紛紛將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展納入到區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃中,重在利用各種資源集聚,培育新興產(chǎn)業(yè),通過延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條來帶動傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速升級轉(zhuǎn)型,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)平穩(wěn)的發(fā)展。為此,國內(nèi)外眾多科研人員、政府部門和研究機(jī)構(gòu)都投入了大量的精力在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的研究上面。集群內(nèi)的企業(yè)作為產(chǎn)業(yè)集群最重要的組成部分,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的良性循環(huán)發(fā)展是集群內(nèi)的所有企業(yè)在企業(yè)層面上交互作用效果在集群層面上的表現(xiàn),反之,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的良性循環(huán)發(fā)展也是整個產(chǎn)業(yè)集群源源不斷產(chǎn)出的必然要求。因此,為了更好揭示產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是怎么影響集群內(nèi)企業(yè)效益的提高,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群外部性在企業(yè)績效方面的影響上起了什么樣的作用,探討產(chǎn)業(yè)集群外部性對集群內(nèi)的企業(yè)績效的影響迫在眉睫。在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)中,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是一種存在于企業(yè)和市場中間的科層組織,具有很大的社會物質(zhì)財富推動力和經(jīng)濟(jì)助推力,同時在推動區(qū)域乃至國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方面都發(fā)揮著不可忽視的作用。人文社科類及經(jīng)濟(jì)管理科學(xué)的許多學(xué)者都對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行了深入研究,外部性是產(chǎn)業(yè)集群表現(xiàn)出的重要現(xiàn)象,對它的研究逐漸成為理論研究的重要對象。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是在產(chǎn)業(yè)集群外部性的基礎(chǔ)上形成的,而產(chǎn)業(yè)集群外部性是產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)的企業(yè)、協(xié)會等組織機(jī)構(gòu)共同作用的結(jié)果。本文以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的外部性作為研究出發(fā)點,先對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行闡述,然后分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的外部性,并在已有的研究基礎(chǔ)上界定了本文的外部性。為了更好的研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的外部性效應(yīng),本文將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群外部性分為兩大類型,分別是基于市場機(jī)制的貨幣外部性和基于策略互動的技術(shù)外部性。為促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)企業(yè)績效的提高,本文把產(chǎn)業(yè)集群外部性作為自變量引入C-D生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型,運用C-D生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型來研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的外部性是如何影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)企業(yè)的績效水平。希望有助于集群內(nèi)的企業(yè)改善自身的績效水平,并為產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的良性循環(huán)發(fā)展提供幫助。在理論模型分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文選取了陜西省裝備制造業(yè)形成的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群作為實證研究的對象,通過理論研究與計量分析相結(jié)合的方法,得出了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)的企業(yè)可以很好利用集群的外部性效應(yīng)來促進(jìn)企業(yè)間的互利共生,同時會對該集群內(nèi)的企業(yè)績效提高產(chǎn)生巨大的作用。最后,根據(jù)實證結(jié)果,提出一些與本文相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In the current international environment, with the global economic integration and the rapid development of economic industrialization, the competition at the national level is manifested more in the development level of the industrial cluster. However, the development level of the industrial cluster is the output level of the whole industrial cluster on the one hand, on the other hand, the output level of the enterprises within the cluster. Most developed countries are developed. The cluster development model of industrial cluster has successfully realized the rapid rise of economic and national competitiveness. Nowadays, many developing countries are learning from developed countries, drawing on the valuable successful experience of developed countries, trying to realize the rapid development of national economy through the cluster development model of industrial clusters. It has become the main economic growth point in all parts of China. By the end of 2014, the number of industrial clusters in China was nearly 3000. The industrial clusters of the eastern regions of the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the Jiaodong peninsula were more mature and attracted a great deal of foreign capital. The emphasis is on the use of various resources to gather, cultivate new industries, promote the rapid upgrading of traditional industries through the extension of industrial chain, and achieve sustainable and stable development of the economy. Therefore, many researchers, government departments and research institutions both at home and abroad have devoted a lot of energy to the research of the development of industrial clusters. As the most important part of the industrial cluster, the benign circular development of the industrial cluster is the performance of the interaction effect of all enterprises in the cluster at the level of the cluster. On the contrary, the benign circular development of the industrial cluster is also the inevitable requirement of the continuous production of the whole industrial cluster. Therefore, in order to better reveal the industrial cluster How does it affect the improvement of the enterprise efficiency in the cluster, the effect of the externality of the industrial cluster on the performance of the enterprise, and the influence of the externality of the industrial cluster on the enterprise performance in the cluster is imminent. In the market economy structure, the industrial cluster is a kind of bureaucratic organization which exists between the enterprises and the market. Great social material wealth driving force and economic propelling force play an important role in promoting the economic development of the region and even the country. Many scholars of the humanities and Social Sciences and economic management science have studied the industrial cluster deeply, and the externality is an important phenomenon in the industry cluster. Gradually become the important object of theoretical research. Industrial cluster is formed on the basis of the externality of industrial cluster, and the externality of industrial cluster is the result of the joint role of enterprises in the industrial cluster, the association and other organizations. This article takes the externality of industrial cluster as the starting point, and first expounds the connotation of industrial cluster, and then, then it expounds the connotation of industrial cluster. In order to better study the externality of industrial clusters, this paper divides the externality of industrial cluster into two types, namely, the externality of money based on the market mechanism and the technical externality based on strategy interaction, to promote the industrial cluster. The improvement of internal enterprise performance is to introduce the externality of industrial cluster as independent variable into C-D production function model, and use C-D production function model to study how the externality of industrial cluster affects the performance level of enterprises within the industrial cluster. It is hoped that the enterprises in the cluster will improve their performance level and be the virtuous of industrial clusters. On the basis of the theoretical model analysis, this paper selects the industrial cluster formed by the equipment manufacturing industry of Shaanxi Province as the object of empirical research. Through the combination of theoretical research and econometric analysis, it is concluded that the enterprises in the industrial cluster can be very good to use the external effect of the cluster to promote inter enterprise interaction. Symbiosis will also play an important role in improving the performance of enterprises in the cluster. Finally, according to the empirical results, we propose some policy recommendations related to this article.
