【摘要】：分析國際原油市場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)及供需基本格局基礎(chǔ)上,論述沙特財(cái)政收支困局:市場(chǎng)油價(jià)低于預(yù)算設(shè)定;國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)矛盾重重,福利支出剛性難以克服;軍事和安全開支居高不下;等等。分析沙特應(yīng)對(duì)超預(yù)算赤字的途徑,并由此提出我國外貿(mào)發(fā)展面臨的機(jī)遇與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the basic pattern of production and supply and demand in the international crude oil market, this paper discusses the difficulties of Saudi finance revenue and expenditure: the price of oil in the market is lower than the budget, the domestic economy and society are full of contradictions, the rigidity of welfare expenditure is difficult to overcome, the military and security expenditure is high; Wait. This paper analyzes the ways for Saudi Arabia to deal with the excess budget deficit, and puts forward the opportunities and risks for the development of China's foreign trade.
