蒙古國“汗寶格德”公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:羊絨是世界上名貴稀有的特種動物纖維,紡織工業(yè)的高檔原料,被人們譽為“纖維鉆石”、“軟黃金”。羊絨是羊為抵御寒冷而在羊毛根處生長的一層細密而豐厚的絨毛,簡稱羊絨。中國是世界上羊絨產(chǎn)量最大的國家,占世界總產(chǎn)量的70%以上;蒙古國羊絨產(chǎn)量占世界總產(chǎn)量約為20%。上世紀80、90年代是蒙古國羊絨產(chǎn)業(yè)高速發(fā)展時期,但進入21世紀蒙古國的羊絨企業(yè)有必要做出一些調(diào)整。由于產(chǎn)能過剩、企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、自主創(chuàng)新能力弱、國內(nèi)外市場競爭激烈等不利因素的影響,蒙古國羊絨企業(yè)正在逐漸失去發(fā)展動力。蒙古國平均每年的羊絨產(chǎn)量為3500-4000噸。在羊絨生產(chǎn)方面,蒙古國的潛在生產(chǎn)能力僅次于中國,名列第二。在這種情況下羊絨出口對國家的經(jīng)濟,生產(chǎn)及牧民的福利有重要意義。在經(jīng)歷了20多年的發(fā)展以后,己經(jīng)形成了比較完整的羊絨企業(yè)體系,并在國際羊絨企業(yè)格局中占有一席之地。本文首先介紹國際羊絨產(chǎn)業(yè)、蒙古國羊絨行業(yè)發(fā)展狀況和“汗寶格德”公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。并運用PEST方法分析了羊絨行業(yè)的政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、技術(shù)環(huán)境、社會文化環(huán)境狀況,以及采用邁克爾·波特的五力競爭模型分析了“汗寶格德”公司所處的羊絨行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境,再用SWOT分析方法辨識“汗寶格德”公司擁有的優(yōu)勢與劣勢、面臨的機會與威脅。因而提出了“汗寶格德”公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和實施戰(zhàn)略的保障措施。最后,得出本文研究的總結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Cashmere is a rare and rare special animal fiber in the world. It is regarded as "fiber diamond" and "soft gold".Cashmere is a layer of fine and rich wool that grows at the root of wool in order to resist the cold, referred to as cashmere.China has the largest cashmere output in the world, accounting for more than 70 percent of the world's total output, while Mongolia accounts for about 20 percent of the world's total production.In the 1980s and 1990s, Mongolian cashmere industry developed at a high speed, but it is necessary for Mongolian cashmere enterprises to make some adjustments in the 21st century.Due to the influence of overcapacity, unreasonable enterprise structure, weak independent innovation ability and fierce market competition at home and abroad, Mongolian cashmere enterprises are gradually losing their development power.Mongolia produces an average of 3, 500-4, 000 tons of cashmere a year.In cashmere production, Mongolia's potential production capacity is second only to China.In this case, cashmere exports are of great significance to the national economy, production and the welfare of herdsmen.After more than 20 years of development, a relatively complete cashmere enterprise system has been formed and occupies a place in the pattern of international cashmere enterprises.This paper first introduces the international cashmere industry, the development of Mongolian cashmere industry and the present situation of Hanbaogde Company.The political environment, economic environment, technology environment, social and cultural environment of cashmere industry are analyzed by using PEST method.The paper also analyzes the competition environment of cashmere industry by using Michael Porter's five-force competition model, and identifies the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by the company by using SWOT analysis method.Therefore, the development strategy and implementation measures of the company are put forward.Finally, the conclusion of this paper is drawn.
