【摘要】：目前是加快轉(zhuǎn)變山東造紙工業(yè)發(fā)展方式的攻堅時期,為了解決造紙工業(yè)面臨的資源、環(huán)境、結(jié)構(gòu)等方面的發(fā)展難題,改變高資本、高人力投入的發(fā)展模式,實現(xiàn)“低碳、綠色、可循環(huán)”的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展道路,必須推進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步對造紙行業(yè)發(fā)展的引導(dǎo)作用。要充分發(fā)揮技術(shù)進(jìn)步對山東造紙工業(yè)的支撐作用;要把技術(shù)進(jìn)步作為提升造紙工業(yè)整體水平,培育新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點以及轉(zhuǎn)型升級常抓不懈的重要手段;要努力提升山東造紙工業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步效率,提高單位要素產(chǎn)出從而實現(xiàn)推動造紙工業(yè)的高質(zhì)量地快速發(fā)展。因此客觀、全面、科學(xué)地分析山東造紙工業(yè)技術(shù)存在的問題以及深入探究影響技術(shù)進(jìn)步效率的相關(guān)因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對技術(shù)進(jìn)步效率進(jìn)行實證分析,對促進(jìn)山東造紙工業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的研究與實踐以及提高造紙工業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展并最終建立起技術(shù)優(yōu)勢有重大意義。本文主要對山東造紙工業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步效率進(jìn)行探索研究,依據(jù)造紙工業(yè)當(dāng)前的技術(shù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,確定相關(guān)的技術(shù)效率影響因素。并在此基礎(chǔ)上選擇適當(dāng)?shù)臄?shù)學(xué)研究方法對技術(shù)進(jìn)步效率進(jìn)行實證分析,以期為山東造紙工業(yè)的技術(shù)發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems faced by the papermaking industry in terms of resources, environment and structure, to change the development model of high capital and high manpower input, and to realize "low carbon, green", it is a critical period to speed up the transformation of the development mode of paper industry in Shandong, and to solve the problems faced by the paper industry in terms of resources, environment and structure.The circular road of industrial development must promote the guiding role of technological progress in the development of paper industry.It is necessary to give full play to the supporting role of technological progress in Shandong papermaking industry, to take technological progress as an important means to promote the overall level of the papermaking industry, to cultivate new economic growth points and to make constant efforts in transformation and upgrading.In order to promote the high quality and fast development of paper industry, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of technological progress of Shandong paper industry and increase the output of unit factors.Therefore, objective, comprehensive and scientific analysis of the existing problems of Shandong paper industry technology and in-depth exploration of the relevant factors affecting the efficiency of technological progress, and on the basis of empirical analysis of the efficiency of technological progress,It is of great significance to promote the research and practice of technological progress in Shandong papermaking industry and to improve the technological development of papermaking industry and finally to establish technological advantages.In this paper, the technological progress efficiency of paper industry in Shandong Province is explored and studied. According to the current technological development of the paper industry, the factors affecting the technical efficiency are determined.On this basis, appropriate mathematical research methods are selected to analyze the efficiency of technological progress in order to provide a reference for the technological development of Shandong papermaking industry.
