【摘要】：中國(guó)平煤神馬集團(tuán)地處河南省平頂山市,是一家“以煤為主、相關(guān)多元”發(fā)展的特大型能源化工集團(tuán)。在中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)的環(huán)境下,煤炭“黃金十年”一去不復(fù)返,企業(yè)依靠數(shù)量、速度的粗放發(fā)展方式已經(jīng)難以持續(xù),公司經(jīng)營(yíng)多年的多元化戰(zhàn)略面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。本文以中國(guó)平煤神馬集團(tuán)為研究對(duì)象,以多元化戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化為研究?jī)?nèi)容,重點(diǎn)研究多元化戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化目標(biāo)、優(yōu)化方案和保障措施。多元化戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化是一個(gè)通過分析企業(yè)當(dāng)前戰(zhàn)略、內(nèi)部外部環(huán)境、核心能力、業(yè)務(wù)組合、經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效等關(guān)鍵影響因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)組合存在的不足之處,然后提出解決方案的過程。本文運(yùn)用PEST、波特五力模型、GE矩陣、SWOT等方法進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)組合實(shí)施診斷,指出了中國(guó)平煤神馬集團(tuán)多元化戰(zhàn)略中存在的盈利能力、體制機(jī)制、文化管理、人才隊(duì)伍、投資管理等方面的問題,提出了中國(guó)平煤神馬集團(tuán)同心多元化戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、優(yōu)化措施和煤炭采選、尼龍化工、煤焦化工、煤鹽化工、煤電等業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)化方案,同時(shí)制定了加強(qiáng)集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略管控、推動(dòng)資本運(yùn)營(yíng)等保障措施。這些研究成果為中國(guó)平煤神馬集團(tuán)提高多元化戰(zhàn)略整體優(yōu)勢(shì),提升企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效,建設(shè)具有國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的新型能源化工集團(tuán),適應(yīng)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)的要求提供了參考,對(duì)其他走多元化發(fā)展道路的大型煤業(yè)集團(tuán)也有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:China Ping Coal Shenma Group is located in Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, is a "coal-based, multi-related" development of super large energy and chemical groups.In the new normal environment of China's economic development, the "golden decade" of coal is gone forever, the extensive development mode of enterprises relying on quantity and speed has been unsustainable, and the diversification strategy of the company for many years is facing new challenges.This paper takes China Pingshan Shenma Group as the research object, takes the diversification strategy optimization as the research content, emphatically studies the diversification strategy optimization goal, the optimization plan and the safeguard measure.Diversification strategy optimization is a process of analyzing the key influencing factors such as current strategy, internal and external environment, core competence, business portfolio, business performance and so on.By using the methods of pest, Porter's five-force model GE matrix SWOT and so on, this paper makes a diagnosis of the business combination, and points out the profitability, institutional mechanism, cultural management and talent team in the diversification strategy of China Ping Coal Shenma Group.Investment management and other problems, the paper puts forward the strategic goal of concentric diversification, optimization measures and business optimization schemes for coal mining and separation, nylon chemical industry, coal char chemical industry, coal salt chemical industry, coal power industry, etc.At the same time, to strengthen the Group's strategic control, promote capital operation and other safeguards.These research results provide a reference for China Ping Coal Shenma Group to improve the overall advantages of diversification strategy, improve the performance of enterprises, build a new type of energy and chemical industry group with international competitiveness, and adapt to the requirements of the new normal of China's economic development.For other diversified development road of large-scale coal groups also have certain reference significance.
