【摘要】：近年來,中國(guó)對(duì)鋁土礦資源的需求日趨旺盛,但國(guó)內(nèi)鋁土礦資源保障程度低,對(duì)外依存度越來越高。文章在對(duì)中國(guó)鋁土礦資源的特征進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從儲(chǔ)量與礦山產(chǎn)量、勘查資金投入、勘查新進(jìn)展、鋁土礦礦區(qū)開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀、鋁土礦進(jìn)口貿(mào)易、氧化鋁生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀等方面對(duì)中國(guó)鋁土礦資源的勘查開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,指出了中國(guó)鋁土礦勘查開發(fā)存在的問題:1)鋁土礦資源總量較豐富,可開發(fā)利用資源儲(chǔ)量占比少;2)勘查資金投入相對(duì)少,新增查明資源儲(chǔ)量有限;3)過度開采嚴(yán)重,靜態(tài)保證年限有限;4)進(jìn)口量逐年增加,對(duì)外依存度不斷提高;5)氧化鋁產(chǎn)能過剩形勢(shì)日趨嚴(yán)峻。進(jìn)而提出了4點(diǎn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展建議:1)立足國(guó)內(nèi),合理開發(fā)利用鋁土礦資源;2)積極勘查開發(fā)利用境外鋁土礦資源;3)鋁土礦進(jìn)口需多元化;4)淘汰落后產(chǎn)能,向國(guó)外轉(zhuǎn)移產(chǎn)能。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's demand for bauxite resources is increasingly strong, but the domestic bauxite resources guarantee degree is low, and the degree of external dependence is increasing.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of China's bauxite resources, the paper analyzes the reserves and mine output, the investment of exploration funds, the new progress of exploration, the present situation of the development of bauxite mining areas, and the import trade of bauxite.In this paper, the present situation of the exploration and development of bauxite resources in China is systematically analyzed from the aspects of the present production situation of alumina, and it is pointed out that the total amount of bauxite resources is abundant in the exploration and development of bauxite resources in China.The proportion of resources available for exploitation and utilization is less than 2%) the investment in exploration funds is relatively small, the newly established resources and reserves are limited and the over-exploitation is serious, and the number of imports is increasing year by year, with the static guarantee years limited and 4%).External dependence continues to improve 5) alumina overcapacity situation is becoming increasingly severe.Furthermore, the paper puts forward four suggestions of sustainable development: 1) based on domestic situation, reasonable exploitation and utilization of bauxite resources (2) active exploration and utilization of overseas bauxite resources (3) bauxite imports need to be diversified and 4) backward production capacity should be eliminated and capacity transferred to foreign countries.
