【摘要】：自1988年中央將廣西定為全國食糖產(chǎn)業(yè)基地以來,廣西糖業(yè)連續(xù)20多年一直占據(jù)著全國的霸主地位,成為全國乃至世界上最重要的產(chǎn)糖地區(qū)之一。物流公共信息平臺在2009年被國務(wù)院在《物流業(yè)調(diào)整和振興規(guī)劃》中列為九大重點工程之一,國家發(fā)改委、工業(yè)和信息化部下發(fā)的《關(guān)于印發(fā)食品工業(yè)“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃的通知》中要求繼續(xù)以廣西等地為重點,發(fā)展制糖工業(yè)。本文正是在這樣的背景下將廣西的糖業(yè)與物流信息業(yè)進行結(jié)合,對廣西糖業(yè)與物流信息服務(wù)業(yè)進行了詳細的定性及定量研究。本文首先對物流信息和投入產(chǎn)出的理論進行了概述,之后分析了廣西糖業(yè)物流信息服務(wù)概況,并運用計量模型對廣西制糖業(yè)的產(chǎn)值進行了預(yù)測,然后通過投入產(chǎn)出模型對廣西制糖業(yè)與物流信息服務(wù)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)進行了定量分析,并利用分析結(jié)果對物流信息服務(wù)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)值變動進行了預(yù)測。最后,從區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、技術(shù)發(fā)展、人才培養(yǎng)以及政策支持的角度對廣西糖業(yè)和物流信息服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了對策建議。通過運用投入產(chǎn)出模型對廣西制糖業(yè)和物流信息服務(wù)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)從依存度、立體結(jié)構(gòu)、波及效應(yīng)、產(chǎn)出變動以及價格變動的角度進行關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)分析,得出的主要結(jié)論是：為了保持糖業(yè)在廣西的地位以及更好地提高糖業(yè)的產(chǎn)值,加快物流信息服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展刻不容緩。通過對物流信息服務(wù)業(yè)的產(chǎn)值變動進行預(yù)測,得出的主要結(jié)論是：物流信息服務(wù)業(yè)在未來幾年的發(fā)展大致呈現(xiàn)逐年上升的趨勢,廣西糖業(yè)將伴隨著物流信息服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展而呈現(xiàn)產(chǎn)值不斷提升的趨勢。
[Abstract]:Since the central government designated Guangxi as the national sugar industry base in 1988, Guangxi sugar industry has been occupying the dominant position in the country for more than 20 years, and has become one of the most important sugar-producing regions in the whole country and even in the world.In 2009, the logistics public information platform was listed as one of the nine key projects by the State Council in the "Plan for Adjustment and Revitalization of the Logistics Industry", the National Development and Reform Commission,The notice issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information on the issue of the 12th Five-Year Plan for Food Industry calls for the continued development of sugar industry in places such as Guangxi.In this paper, the sugar industry and logistics information industry in Guangxi are combined under this background, and the qualitative and quantitative research on the sugar industry and logistics information service industry in Guangxi is carried out in detail.In this paper, the theory of logistics information and input-output is summarized, then the general situation of logistics information service in Guangxi sugar industry is analyzed, and the output value of Guangxi sugar industry is forecasted by econometric model.Then through the input-output model, the correlation effect between the sugar industry and the logistics information service industry in Guangxi is analyzed quantitatively, and the output value change of the logistics information service related industry is forecasted by the result of the analysis.Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of Guangxi sugar industry and logistics information service industry from the perspective of location advantage, technological development, talent training and policy support.By using the input-output model, this paper analyzes the correlation effects of dependence, three-dimensional structure, ripple effect, output change and price change in Guangxi sugar industry and logistics information service related industries.The main conclusion is: in order to maintain the status of sugar industry in Guangxi and improve the output value of sugar industry, it is urgent to speed up the development of logistics information service industry.By forecasting the change of the output value of the logistics information service industry, the main conclusion is that the development of the logistics information service industry in the next few years shows a trend of increasing year by year.With the development of logistics information service industry, the sugar industry in Guangxi will present an increasing trend of output value.
