【摘要】:市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境日益激烈,企業(yè)要想獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)就需要要優(yōu)化企業(yè)人力資源的規(guī)劃與發(fā)展。供電企業(yè)承擔(dān)著為全社會(huì)提供安全穩(wěn)定持續(xù)電力的任務(wù),在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中占有重要的地位和作用。受計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下管理慣性的影響,供電企業(yè)人力資源管理還不能夠很好地服務(wù)于企業(yè)在激烈市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中的現(xiàn)實(shí)。鑒于此,本文基于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和電力市場(chǎng)化改革背景,以人力資源理論為基礎(chǔ),以供電企業(yè)全體員工為對(duì)象,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),運(yùn)用人力資源管理中的職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃理論,在進(jìn)行廣泛調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)供電企業(yè)的員工多元化職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究。本文首先介紹了職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃的相關(guān)理論;其次,在介紹了A供電企業(yè)的基本情況的基礎(chǔ)之上,分析了其職業(yè)發(fā)展管理現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的結(jié)果,并對(duì)該企業(yè)員工職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析;再次,從職工發(fā)展通道、規(guī)劃培訓(xùn)、績(jī)效和薪酬制度等角度對(duì)A供電企業(yè)員工多元化職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),并運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)改進(jìn)效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)估;最后,提出了A供電企業(yè)員工職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃實(shí)施的保障政策。本文的研究能夠?yàn)槲覈?guó)供電企業(yè)人力資源管理提供一定參考,以此提高我國(guó)供電企業(yè)職工職業(yè)生涯管理的水平,促進(jìn)我國(guó)電力行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)更好地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In this paper , based on the background of economic development and market - oriented reform of power supply enterprises , the paper studies the development planning of employees in power supply enterprises on the basis of human resources theory , based on human resources theory and using the theory of career development planning in human resources management .
Secondly , based on the introduction of the basic situation of the A power supply enterprises , the paper analyzes the results of the questionnaire about the status quo of career development management , and analyzes the existing problems of the enterprise ' s career development planning .
Thirdly , from the angle of employee ' s development channel , planning training , performance and salary system , this paper improves the diversification career development plan of A power supply enterprise , and evaluates the improvement effect by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method .
Finally , the paper puts forward the guarantee policy of the implementation of the employee ' s career development plan of A power supply enterprise . The research of this paper can provide some reference for the human resource management of power supply enterprises in China , so as to improve the level of professional career management of power supply enterprises in our country and promote the sustainable development of China ' s electric power industry , and then promote the better development of our country ' s economy .
