【摘要】:庫存管理一直在企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理中占據(jù)著非常重要的地位,能夠做到滿足生產(chǎn)的需要同時又能使庫存最小化成為企業(yè)不斷追求的目標(biāo)之一。隨著航天民用產(chǎn)業(yè)市場化的不斷推進(jìn),依托某軍用航天技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)的新能源汽車動力系統(tǒng)也伴隨著國家大力推進(jìn)新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的利好政策逐漸進(jìn)入了市場經(jīng)濟(jì)。為應(yīng)對嚴(yán)峻、激烈的市場競爭,某新能源汽車企業(yè)做出了戰(zhàn)略方面的調(diào)整,將之前的訂單研發(fā)式的生產(chǎn)模式逐漸向核心產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)化的生產(chǎn)模式轉(zhuǎn)變,在此過程中企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本能否得到合理、有效的控制將在很大程度上決定著企業(yè)的生存。但是,作為一家航天下屬的新能源汽車企業(yè),由于成立多年以來,一直按照航天企業(yè)依據(jù)任務(wù)、型號管理的思路進(jìn)行物資的庫存和采購管理,庫存賬面金額十分巨大,且有持續(xù)上升的態(tài)勢,大量的存貨得不到有效的利用,積壓的材料種類繁雜,占據(jù)著企業(yè)大量的流動資金和管理費(fèi)用。因此,提升庫存管理水平對該企業(yè)有效控制成本、增加利潤空間和縮短生產(chǎn)周期有著極其重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和指導(dǎo)價值。本文通過對某新能源汽車企業(yè)庫存管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行定性分析,找出存在問題的主要原因,并通過ABC分類法、統(tǒng)一物料編碼規(guī)則和ERP系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施為企業(yè)提升庫存管理能力制定出具體可行的改進(jìn)方案,最后引入庫存管理績效評估體系對庫存管理能力進(jìn)行實(shí)際驗(yàn)證和考核,最終得出本論文在庫存管理方面的結(jié)論并對結(jié)論的應(yīng)用和推廣做出展望。
[Abstract]:Inventory management has always occupied a very important position in the production management of enterprises. It can meet the needs of production and at the same time minimize inventory has become one of the goals that enterprises are constantly pursuing.With the continuous promotion of the marketization of civil aerospace industry, the new energy vehicle power system developed by a military aerospace technology industry has gradually entered the market economy along with the favorable policy of vigorously promoting the new energy industry.In order to cope with the severe and fierce market competition, a new energy automobile enterprise has made strategic adjustments, gradually changing the production mode of order R & D to the production mode of the industrialization of core products.In this process, whether the production cost is reasonable or not, effective control will determine the survival of the enterprise to a great extent.However, as a new energy automobile enterprise affiliated with the aerospace industry, since its establishment for many years, it has been carrying out inventory and purchasing management of materials according to the mission and model management of the aerospace enterprises, and the inventory book amount is very large.And there is a rising trend, a large number of inventory can not be used effectively, the backlog of materials are complicated, occupying a large number of liquidity and management costs.Therefore, it is of great practical significance and guiding value to improve the level of inventory management for the enterprise to effectively control costs, increase profit margins and shorten production cycle.Based on the qualitative analysis of the inventory management status of a new energy automobile enterprise, this paper finds out the main causes of the existing problems, and adopts the ABC classification method.The implementation of uniform material coding rules and ERP system makes concrete and feasible improvement scheme for enterprises to improve inventory management ability. Finally, the inventory management performance evaluation system is introduced to verify and evaluate inventory management capability.Finally, the conclusion of this paper in inventory management and the application and promotion of the conclusions are prospected.
