S公司項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理程序改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:建筑業(yè)已經(jīng)成為國家民族經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃發(fā)展的引擎,引領(lǐng)著國家民族經(jīng)濟(jì)高速度增長,在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)中成為先導(dǎo)的產(chǎn)業(yè)影響越來越明顯。建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量對正常發(fā)揮建筑功能,以及人們生產(chǎn)和生活的健康、安全都有重要影響,工程的質(zhì)量能對國家人民的生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)產(chǎn)生直接影響,能對經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)投入產(chǎn)出產(chǎn)生巨大影響,采取有效的質(zhì)量管理措施對工程的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行管理,是實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)工程的價(jià)值,確保建設(shè)項(xiàng)目達(dá)到預(yù)期效益不可或缺的步驟,鑒于此,選擇工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理為課題展開研究,具有很重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。首先,本文確定了文獻(xiàn)分析法、訪談法、案例分析法等研究方法,闡述了S公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)和職能劃分以及目前的質(zhì)量管理程序現(xiàn)狀,對比GB/T1900-2008/ISO9001:2008《質(zhì)量管理體系要求》的各項(xiàng)要求,分析了質(zhì)量管理程序中存在的各種問題,分別是職責(zé)不清、質(zhì)量目標(biāo)不明確、文件控制薄弱、溝通渠道不暢通等問題。對相關(guān)質(zhì)量管理程序進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真分析,剖析了造成問題的主要原因,主要是質(zhì)量意識弱不重視質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo)、文件控制制度不完善、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理程序顧客溝通渠道不暢通等。然后,根據(jù)GB/T1900-2008/ISO9001:2008《質(zhì)量管理體系要求》的各項(xiàng)具體要求,結(jié)合S公司現(xiàn)狀、總質(zhì)量目標(biāo)以及查找出來的具體原因,改進(jìn)了S公司現(xiàn)有的質(zhì)量管理程序。改進(jìn)后的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理流程克服了原程序中職責(zé)不清、質(zhì)量目標(biāo)不明確、文件控制薄弱、溝通渠道不暢通等問題。最后,論述了為保證改進(jìn)后的質(zhì)量管理程序有效運(yùn)行,結(jié)合S公司目前的情況,提出了相應(yīng)的保障與改善措施,覆蓋了職責(zé)權(quán)限、文件控制、質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、顧客溝通四個(gè)方面。通過對S公司質(zhì)量管理程序現(xiàn)狀的科學(xué)分析,改進(jìn)不完善的項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理程序,完善S公司目前存在缺陷的質(zhì)量管理體系,提升質(zhì)量管理水平,提升工程與服務(wù)質(zhì)量,保證S公司持續(xù)快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Construction industry has become the engine of national economic development, leading the rapid growth of national economy, and has become the leading industry in the new normal economy.The quality of construction projects has an important impact on the normal development of building functions, as well as on the health and safety of people's production and life. The quality of construction projects can have a direct impact on the lives and property of the people of the country.Taking effective quality management measures to manage the quality of the project is an indispensable step to realize the value of the construction project and to ensure the expected benefits of the construction project.It is of great practical significance to select the project quality management as the research topic.First of all, this paper determines the research methods of document analysis, interview and case analysis, expounds the organizational structure and function division of S Company and the current situation of quality management procedures, and compares the requirements of GB/T1900-2008/ISO9001:2008 "quality Management system requirements".This paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality management procedure, such as unclear responsibilities, unclear quality objectives, weak document control and unimpeded communication channels, etc.This paper makes a serious analysis of the relevant quality management procedures, and analyzes the main causes of the problems, such as the weak awareness of quality, the lack of attention to quality management objectives, the imperfect document control system, and the lack of smooth channels of communication between customers in the project quality management procedures, and so on.Then, according to the specific requirements of GB/T1900-2008/ISO9001:2008, combined with the current situation of S Company, the total quality goal and the specific reasons found out, the existing quality management program of S Company is improved.The improved project quality management process overcomes the problems of unclear responsibilities, unclear quality objectives, weak document control and poor communication channels in the original procedure.Finally, in order to ensure the effective operation of the improved quality management program, combined with the current situation of S Company, the corresponding protection and improvement measures are put forward, covering four aspects: responsibility authority, document control, quality goal and customer communication.Through the scientific analysis of the present situation of the quality management procedure of S Company, we can improve the imperfect project quality management procedure, perfect the quality management system existing in S Company at present, improve the quality management level, enhance the quality of engineering and service, and improve the quality of project and service.To ensure the continuous and rapid development of S Company.
