【摘要】：提升工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是實(shí)現(xiàn)老工業(yè)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì)重建的關(guān)鍵舉措之一。本文運(yùn)用區(qū)位商和偏離-份額分析法,以河南省為上級(jí)區(qū)域,選取洛陽市2009-2013年時(shí)限內(nèi)33個(gè)工業(yè)行業(yè)的產(chǎn)值數(shù)據(jù),測(cè)度分析洛陽工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。研究表明:洛陽市工業(yè)行業(yè)體系較為完整,但是整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力偏弱;具明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)的工業(yè)門類較少,且多以高耗能、高資源消耗的產(chǎn)業(yè)為主,未來發(fā)展受到嚴(yán)重的資源環(huán)境制約;工業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)明顯重型化傾向;工業(yè)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)比重較大,而戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相對(duì)滯后。本研究以此為基礎(chǔ)并根據(jù)城市工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的目標(biāo)要求,提出洛陽工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化調(diào)整的主要對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:To improve the competitiveness of industrial structure is one of the key measures to reconstruct the economic advantages of old industrial cities.In this paper, using location quotient and deviation share analysis, taking Henan Province as the superior region, the output value of 33 industrial industries in Luoyang City during 2009-2013 is selected to measure and analyze the structural competitiveness of Luoyang industry.The results show that: the industrial system of Luoyang is relatively complete, but the overall competitiveness is weak, there are fewer categories of industry with obvious advantages, and the industry with high energy consumption and high resource consumption is the main industry, and the future development is seriously restricted by the resource environment.The internal structure of industry is obviously heavy and the proportion of traditional industry is large, but the development of strategic emerging industry lags behind.Based on this, and according to the target of urban industrial transformation and upgrading, this paper puts forward the main countermeasures of Luoyang industrial structure optimization and adjustment.
