【摘要】：卷煙業(yè)務(wù)在推動中國經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展上具有突出性的作用,同時,卷煙物流又是卷煙管理中十分重要的一個部分。隨著物流設(shè)施的改革創(chuàng)新,特別是信息技術(shù)在物流中的廣泛應(yīng)用,使得現(xiàn)代物流技術(shù)得以飛速發(fā)展。我公司十分注重于物流信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,經(jīng)過多年的努力,物流工作也取得了一定的成績,但仍然存在著十分嚴重的“計劃經(jīng)濟”烙印,表現(xiàn)在創(chuàng)新意識不夠、物流信息技術(shù)及設(shè)備落后、物流成本居高不下以及物流專業(yè)人才匱乏等方面,如何創(chuàng)造一個良好的物流生態(tài)系統(tǒng),提高工作效率,降低企業(yè)的物流成本,將物流朝著更好的方向發(fā)展成為現(xiàn)階段值得研究的重要問題。文章在查閱學(xué)習(xí)大量資料的基礎(chǔ)上,對資料進行分析歸類并加以運用;通過實地走訪調(diào)研,對隨州煙草現(xiàn)有物流情況進行了調(diào)查,充分了解了隨州煙草目前的發(fā)展狀況;并采用SWOT分析法,分析了隨州煙草物流發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢,以及發(fā)展的機遇和挑戰(zhàn);提出了隨州煙草現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展對策,認為要在強化自身基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過創(chuàng)新的方式引入“大數(shù)據(jù)”和“物聯(lián)網(wǎng)”的概念,將這兩項技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢與隨州煙草物流工作結(jié)合起來,落地服務(wù)于企業(yè)物流;并借鑒美國物流發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗,提出了“第三方物流”的概念,分析其在降低物流成本上的作用。這些建議都是開放性的,對實現(xiàn)的結(jié)果也進行了初步性的展望,提供給物流管理者參考,希望能夠?qū)﹄S州煙草物流工作有啟發(fā)性和導(dǎo)向性的作用。
[Abstract]:Cigarette business plays a prominent role in promoting China's economic and social development. At the same time, cigarette logistics is a very important part of cigarette management. Especially, the extensive application of information technology in logistics makes the modern logistics technology develop rapidly. Our company pays great attention to the development of logistics information technology. After years of efforts, logistics has also made certain achievements. However, there is still a serious brand of "planned economy", which is manifested in the lack of innovation consciousness, the backward logistics information technology and equipment, the high cost of logistics and the shortage of logistics professionals, etc. How to create a good logistics ecosystem, improve the working efficiency, reduce the logistics cost of enterprises, and develop logistics towards a better direction has become an important issue worth studying at this stage. This paper analyzes and classifies the data and makes use of it. Through the field visit and investigation, the author investigates the current logistics situation of Suizhou tobacco, fully understands the current development situation of Suizhou tobacco, and adopts the SWOT analysis method. This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of Suizhou tobacco logistics, puts forward the countermeasures for the development of Suizhou tobacco modern logistics, and points out that the development of Suizhou tobacco logistics should be based on the construction of its own infrastructure. By introducing the concepts of "big data" and "Internet of things" in an innovative way, this paper combines the advantages of these two technologies with Suizhou tobacco logistics to serve the enterprise logistics, and draw lessons from the experience of the development of logistics in the United States. This paper puts forward the concept of "third party logistics" and analyzes its role in reducing logistics cost. These suggestions are open and preliminary prospects are given to realize the results, which can be used as a reference for logistics managers. I hope it can enlighten and guide the tobacco logistics work in Suizhou.
