【摘要】:作為一家以成套設(shè)備及技術(shù)進(jìn)出口和境外投資經(jīng)營為主營業(yè)務(wù)的國有上市企業(yè),中成進(jìn)出口股份有限公司(以下簡稱“中成股份”或“公司”)在其重點(diǎn)開發(fā)市場——孟加拉國市場一直以承攬EPC承包工程項(xiàng)目為主要經(jīng)營特色。2009年國家開發(fā)投資公司成為公司實(shí)際控制人后,公司針對孟加拉國市場目前呈現(xiàn)出的機(jī)遇,結(jié)合上級公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,意圖通過整合實(shí)際控制人在電站投資和運(yùn)營方面的雄厚實(shí)力與公司自身在成套設(shè)備出口項(xiàng)目開發(fā)方面優(yōu)勢,尋求在該國別市場投資燃煤電站項(xiàng)目的機(jī)會。本文的研究重點(diǎn)即是深入分析公司投資該市場面臨的內(nèi)外部戰(zhàn)略條件,從而對公司的投資戰(zhàn)略提出建議。文章首先回顧了中成股份自成立以來在孟加拉國的經(jīng)營概況,隨后應(yīng)用PEST分析模型、波特五力分析模型和SWOT分析法,對孟加拉國電力市場的投資環(huán)境、競爭環(huán)境和公司面臨的機(jī)遇、威脅和自身優(yōu)劣勢進(jìn)行了深入的分析。最后,基于上述三種分析方法得出的結(jié)論,針對公司開發(fā)新市場將面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與不足,文章提出以公私協(xié)作模式為突破點(diǎn)的差異化戰(zhàn)略和強(qiáng)化聯(lián)合體經(jīng)營策略的戰(zhàn)略建議,并從經(jīng)濟(jì)性角度簡要論證了公司在該市場投資燃煤電站項(xiàng)目的可行性。
[Abstract]:As a state-owned listed enterprise whose main business is the import and export of complete sets of equipment and technology and overseas investment, China Cheng import and export co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongcheng stock" or "company") has been contracting EPC contracting project as the main operating feature in its key development market-Bangladesh market. After the company became the de facto controller of the company, In view of the opportunities presented in the Bangladesh market, the company combines the development strategy of the superior company, Intending to integrate the substantial strength of the actual controllers in the investment and operation of the power station and the company's own advantages in the development of complete sets of equipment export projects, To seek opportunities to invest in coal-fired power station projects in different markets in the country. This paper focuses on the in-depth analysis of the internal and external strategic conditions faced by companies investing in the market. In this paper, the author first reviews the general situation of China Cheng shares' operation in Bangladesh since its establishment, and then applies PEST analysis model, Porter's five-force analysis model and SWOT analysis method. The investment environment, competitive environment and opportunities, threats and advantages and disadvantages of Bangladesh's electricity market are analyzed in depth. Finally, based on the conclusions of the above three analytical methods, the paper makes a deep analysis of the investment environment, the competitive environment and the opportunities, threats and advantages and disadvantages of Bangladesh's electricity market. In view of the challenges and shortcomings that the company will face in developing the new market, this paper puts forward the differentiation strategy based on the public-private cooperation model and the strategic suggestion of strengthening the management strategy of the joint venture. The feasibility of the company's investment in coal-fired power station project in this market is briefly demonstrated from the economic point of view.
