【摘要】：國內(nèi)電子消費(fèi)市場的競爭越來越激烈,利潤空間越來越小,成本控制及服務(wù)差異化戰(zhàn)略顯得尤為重要。維修備件對于產(chǎn)品的整體成本和利潤有直接的影響,也是公司服務(wù)品質(zhì)提升的重要保障因素。庫存管理是控制維修備件成本的重要途徑。本文以MJ公司為研究背景,重點(diǎn)研究MJ公司維修備件庫存管理存在的問題,并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案。修理級別是維修備件庫存管理的立足點(diǎn)和出發(fā)點(diǎn),通過修理級別對備件庫存的影響進(jìn)行分析,在給定服務(wù)水平的前提下選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)男蘩砑墑e以及庫存控制方案。備件需求預(yù)測是維修備件庫存管理的重要部分,針對MJ公司的現(xiàn)狀,提出使用故障率計(jì)算法以及加權(quán)移動(dòng)平均法對備件需求預(yù)測方法進(jìn)行改善。重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用基于層次分析法的ABC分類方法加強(qiáng)對維修備件的分類管理,將維修備件以經(jīng)濟(jì)性、易得性、關(guān)鍵性作為分類準(zhǔn)則,通過實(shí)例數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,并針對分類結(jié)果給出相應(yīng)庫存管理策略。MJ公司修理級別的優(yōu)化有利于在確定維修服務(wù)水平的前提下降低維修總成本,有利于選擇合理的庫存控制方法。MJ公司通過基于層次分析法的ABC分類方法的優(yōu)化,有利于庫存管理改善的主要方面為:備件庫存結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,備件庫存水平的下降,備件缺貨率的降低,備件庫存人員工作效率的提升等。
[Abstract]:The competition of domestic electronic consumption market is more and more intense, the profit space is smaller and smaller, the strategy of cost control and service differentiation is particularly important. The maintenance spare parts have direct influence on the overall cost and profit of the product. Inventory management is an important way to control the cost of maintenance spare parts. Taking MJ Company as the research background, this paper focuses on the problems existing in the inventory management of maintenance spare parts in MJ Company. The corresponding solutions are put forward. The repair level is the foothold and starting point of the maintenance spare parts inventory management, and the impact of the spare parts inventory is analyzed through the repair level. Choosing the appropriate repair level and inventory control plan under the premise of given service level. Spare parts demand prediction is an important part of maintenance spare parts inventory management, aiming at the current situation of MJ Company, The method of calculating failure rate and the method of weighted moving average are put forward to improve the forecasting method of spare parts demand. The ABC classification method based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to strengthen the classification and management of spare parts, which is economical and easy to obtain. As the classification criterion, the key is analyzed and calculated by the example data, and the corresponding inventory management strategy is given according to the classification result. The optimization of the repair level of MJ Company is beneficial to reduce the total maintenance cost under the premise of determining the maintenance service level. The optimization of ABC classification method based on Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is beneficial to the improvement of inventory management in the following aspects: the optimization of spare parts inventory structure, the decrease of spare parts inventory level, Spare parts shortage rate reduction, spare parts inventory staff efficiency and so on.
