【摘要】：創(chuàng)新是歷史進(jìn)步的動力、時代發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。創(chuàng)新型國家建設(shè)是實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的重要途徑,創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略是從經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)供給側(cè)發(fā)力推進(jìn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要力量,是建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家、實現(xiàn)兩個百年目標(biāo)的根本途徑,國家創(chuàng)新體系建設(shè)是實施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略的重要制度保障,創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)是落實創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略的主體力量。以通用電氣創(chuàng)新發(fā)展歷程為歷史實證研究對象,分析其在長期可持續(xù)發(fā)展中演進(jìn)和形成的創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,分析創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的構(gòu)成要素,理解創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的運行原理及實際運行狀況,分析企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展與行業(yè)、整體經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系,對我國創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)建設(shè)、落實創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略、構(gòu)筑有利于企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的制度環(huán)境等具有重要的理論指導(dǎo)和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the driving force of historical progress and the key to the development of the times. The construction of an innovative country is an important way to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and the innovation-driven strategy is the main force to push forward the development of the national economy from the supply side of the economic structure. It is the fundamental way to build an innovative country and achieve the two century-old goals. The construction of a national innovation system is an important institutional guarantee for the implementation of the innovation-driven strategy. Innovative enterprises are the main force of implementing innovation-driven strategy. Taking the history of GE innovation development as the historical empirical research object, this paper analyzes the evolution and formation of innovation mechanism in the long-term sustainable development, and analyzes the elements of innovation mechanism. To understand the operating principle and actual operating condition of the innovation mechanism, to analyze the relationship between the innovation development of enterprises, the industry and the overall economic and social development, and to implement the innovation-driven strategy for the construction of innovative enterprises in China, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct an institutional environment conducive to the innovation and development of enterprises.
