【摘要】：國際直接投資推動了全球經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,也促進了國際貿易在各國的開展。外商在華汽車零部件行業(yè)的投資不僅對我國汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了卓越貢獻,也積極促進了我國汽車零部件的進出口業(yè)務。隨著我國汽車市場的繁榮,各大跨國汽車主機廠及汽車零部件公司紛紛進駐中國,希望從中國市場獲取豐厚利潤。外商投資汽車零部件公司不僅在我國市場上為各大主機廠提供產品和服務,還積極利用我國的生產成本優(yōu)勢從事出口業(yè)務。本文首先介紹了外商汽車零部件企業(yè)在中國投資的狀況及特點,分析了我國汽車零部件進出口貿易現(xiàn)狀與特點,然后從有利和不利兩個方面分析了外商在華汽車零部件投資對我國汽車零部件進出口貿易的影響。外商在中國投資出于企業(yè)生產需要,需從國外進口一些設備和原材料,推動了我國進口貿易。因為外商投資企業(yè)在全球范圍內擁有廣泛的銷售網(wǎng)絡,在中國投資的企業(yè)如果具有價格優(yōu)勢,就可以將其產品銷往世界各地,從而帶動了我國出口貿易的發(fā)展。外商在華投資汽車零部件企業(yè)具有技術溢出效應,同時也由于我國內資汽車零部件企業(yè)在許多領域與外資企業(yè)之間的技術差距不大,我國內資汽車零部件企業(yè)的技術吸收能力較強,因此在華投資的外商汽車零部件企業(yè)技術溢出效應明顯。通過對外商在華汽車零部件投資對我國進出口貿易影響的分析,可幫助政府合理引導外商在華汽車零部件投資。對如何進一步擴大我國的進出口貿易也具有實踐指導意義。
[Abstract]:International direct investment has promoted the development of the global economy and international trade in various countries. Foreign investment in China's auto parts industry has not only made outstanding contributions to the development of China's automobile industry, It has also actively promoted the import and export of auto parts in China. With the prosperity of the automobile market in China, major multinational automobile mainframe factories and auto parts companies have moved into China one after another. We hope to make a good profit from the Chinese market. Foreign invested auto parts companies not only provide products and services for major mainframe factories in the Chinese market, This paper first introduces the investment status and characteristics of foreign auto parts enterprises in China, and analyzes the current situation and characteristics of import and export trade of automobile parts in China. Then it analyzes the influence of foreign investment in China on the import and export of auto parts from two aspects: favorable and unfavorable. Foreign investment in China is required by enterprises, so they need to import some equipment and raw materials from abroad. Promoted China's import trade. Because foreign-invested enterprises have an extensive sales network around the world, enterprises that invest in China can sell their products to all parts of the world if they have a price advantage. This has led to the development of China's export trade. Foreign investment in auto parts enterprises in China has a technology spillover effect. At the same time, because of the small technological gap between domestic auto parts enterprises in many fields and foreign-funded enterprises, The technology absorption capacity of domestic auto parts enterprises in China is relatively strong, so the technology spillover effect of foreign auto parts enterprises investing in China is obvious. Through the analysis of the impact of foreign investment in automobile parts in China on China's import and export trade, It can help the government to guide foreign investors to invest in auto parts in China. It is also of practical significance to further expand China's import and export trade.
